Yaguar works. It definitely fits for the powers. Backing- 3 seems right. He knows and talks to some officers, but is not officially working with them. Heroism- I see this as falling more between 2-3. He is new to the scene and looks large and scary, but is starting to work with at least some police. So vigilante boarding on just suspect. Identification 2: I am large and have claws. I am not so big as to be inhuman, but I would definitely be seen as different then others when I am powered up and moving PR 3- I am standoffish. I am currently feeling my way out and have had bad PR as a tomb raider in the past so I am not looking for the lime light. Practice- 1- Check- Just making an appearance. Final Public Status- 11/12 depending on the Heroism Rating. So I am Disliked/Resented. Sounds like a fun starting point.
I am sorry that I have been out of touch for a bit. I have had a crazy week of work. I will try and go through all of this and answer the questions tomorrow including an idea of how I am connected to Lady Frost.

I will be going on a vacation from Sunday, the 20th, through the following Saturday, the 27th. I should have some access to the internet, but I am not sure how much time I will have to post. So please feel free to bot me as needed.
So I would say that Ben is a 5. He found and sold a various artifacts he found in South America. He also has some money saved from his military time. Currently, he mainly makes money doing talks about his exploration to exotic places for clubs or scholarly groups to feel close to the lands they are reading about. He probably has sold everything that he intends to sell, even if he kept a few minor pieces he likes. I would like him to have a temporary position with the museum providing insight and curation of the South America section. He will be looking to get a permanent position with the museum or one of the major universities.

I believe I have my character sheet fully filled out now with what I can do. I am not sure about some of the Backing information, etc. Let me know if I am missing something or failed to do correctly. Questions for the Black Dow: So Leaping is based off of Movement speed. Speed doubles my movement but says it does not affect other movement powers and then calls out Flying as not be affected by the increase. Do I multiply by my original speed or the new base land speed when determining my leaping distance? Both Leaping and Speed give bonuses to a Hand/Foot attack after I charge in. Can I use my Claws on this attack instead or combine the damage?
Yes, this looks like what I was aiming for. I was not thinking of transforming into a cat.
I picked a new avatar. In my costume I wear a black bodysuit with gloves and a the Avatar is what my head looks like. The beaded part should look a little more like this though.
I think I would prefer Intuition. I put it in my background as the God whispering warnings. So I will stick with that and drop the heightened senses.
Dropping Intuition Works if the Heightened Senses does the same thing. Lets go with Previous Training for my time in the military.
We discussed in PM The powers for Jaguar, but not the Background. Should I be looking at Backgrounds or should I just stick to what we discussed already?

Benjamin will approach the Sanjan and speak with a friendly smile, "That sounds like an amazing ceremony that I would dearly love to see one day, when I am more enlightened then I am now, and it is certainly something that you all should do in your mourning for your beloved lost companion. But I am sure you will understand that the rest of us might opt for a different ceremony as we not part of your enlightened cohort. Something I am sure you could spend an excellent hour or two expanding upon during your Denunciations."
Ben will wander towards the woman and give her his winning smile. "Hello, I am Benjamin Farn, an old friend of your departed husband. It had been sometime since we talked, but he is sorely missed."
"I see, and do you plan to set up a place for your brotherhood here or do you plan to liquidate solid assets and return to your home?" Ben asks as he takes a drink of something and wishes it was stronger.
"I have no ties to the Will that I know of, but out of curiousity if he created a later legally binding document how will that be decided? Has any court had such a dispute before?" Ben asks.
"Intriguing. Is it often that someone would join your order and then leave?" Ben asked as he started to see why everyone kept talking about how interesting the reading of the Will would be.
Ben smiles at the aunt and says, "I think I will. Until we talk again." He will then find his way towards the new group and approach them with a smile and an outstretched hand, "Good day, I am Benjamin Farn. An old friend of Vlen's. I could not help but notice your stylish matching outfits and so I thought I would come and introduce myself. And you all are?"

Ben looks over at them and then whispers to Great-Aunt Esme, "Who are they?"
"We ran in similar circles for a while. Sadly, I had not seen him a while before he was attacked. Had he written you to discuss his trips? It seems like he always had an interesting tale." Ben says.

Ben will move over to the great aunt and great uncle and nods to them, "Hello, I was a friend of Vlen. It is tragic that we meet under these circumstances. I am sorry for the loss to your family."
Hopefully, she starts sleeping longer soon.

I am sorry, work has slammed me and affected my posting this week. I have a big deadline for next week and all my time is being thrown into that. Please bot me as needed while I take care of this.
During the trip Ben asks, "That is odd that he would ask to be dropped off in the middle of no where. Do you still have the coordinates for that? It might be nice to take a stroll around and remanence about an old friend." Once they arrive Ben says, "Thank you for your kind guidance. Will you be available should we need to travel to where Vlen went for a while or our return trip to the spaceport?"

"When was the last time you saw Vlen on Alell?" Ben asks to make some small talk with the woman.
"We should go get this detector and then try and find what it discovered. It seems like it would be easier to find whatever it located if we have it with us." Ben says.
Ben keeps an eye on the door to see if they are being trailed.
Ben stays silent and decides not to mope about his own varied injuries over the last few days in front of someone who is stuck in the hospital.
Ben nods and says, "That works. I doubt we are let off this rock without seeing Pollard. But you never know."
"If Pollard is trailing us to find something out, then we are probably not going to be let off this rock. But we can investigate what we found and then decide if we want to jet off or try and speak to Pollard." Ben says.
"We should reach out to Pallod. He brought us into this and he just got us out of prison. He seems to be on our side." Ben says.
"I think we play this straight. Trying to hide this isn't going to work. We have some allies on Regina. Lets go in and be public and depend on them to offer support. Whoever was working with Harlan will likely want to end loose strings. If we are in public that is harder to do." Ben says as he pulls out his pistol removes the clip and starts cleaning it nervously.
"I think getting anywhere but here and lying low for a bit while we figure out where to go next is key. Hiding the artifact is great since we need to hide ourselves. That explosion will be noticeable. If we are tied to it, that artifact may be the least of our concerns." Ben says as he leans his head back and closes his eyes and waits to hear if a clarion call goes up as red hot explosive debris rips through the ship.
I am not sure we were meant to loot it all. But if we were we apparently needed to go in blazing.
