I think we should use the young template for the druid.
For stats, put lots into WIS
for an archetype, I would suggest the Mooncaller Archetype for fox/wolf flavor
The animal companion should be a wolf.

For one of the characters, I would like to see a small sized (any race that is small) Barbarian(Titian Mauler) that effectively dual wields great swords or other two-handed weapons, and is constantly being dwarfed and out-shone by his taller allies(little-man syndrome).

I'd vote for the idealistic archer paladin
