You could always take the extra traits feat and get both! Since they both seem like they would do wonderful with the build that you have going there. Especially low level where laying on the status effects will help you with the pain of the multiclassing.

Name: Eko Strongheart
Race: Human
Class: Hunter 6
Adventure: River's Run Red
Location: Wilderness
Catalyst: Poor decision making.
The Gory Details: Omitted to save the player more humiliation.

Dark Archive

Name: Droth
Race: Elf
Class/Levels: Rogue (carnivalist) 5
Adventure: River's Run Red
Location: New Bixion (PC's home town)
Catalyst: Trying to escape from an organ grinder.
The Gory Details: I've added a large bit of horror to my game. Unfortunately for Droth one of those creatures was an organ grinder from the book of unrmitting horror. He tried to tumble past, failed the roll, the organ grinder didn't with it's four foot long meat cleaver.

Campfire Bead 720 gp

The campaign I play in is pretty heavy on just survival. We have to keep track of all our supplies and we're stuck in Irrisen . I guess I'm just happy I'm not having to sleep in the cold all the time.

I can't really get into the nature based classes, ranger and druid. I like my characters to be more focused on the city. I guess I could try the urban versions, but they just don't feel like the intended class to me anymore. So I leave these to my buddy that's always druid/ranger/and now hunter.

I'd like to see a bard archetype focusing on fire performances. Twirling around flaming chains, breathing fire, all the things an entertainer with a pyromaniac bent would just love to have.

Currently nerding on hags and the half-fiend templates from demons revisited. I guess in an extension to all that, I'm happy with changelings too. I plan on putting a doppelganger in too, man so many shapechangers and hidden evils lol.

I plan on playing a half-elven inquisitor. I'm unsure of which deity yet, but I know I want to be melee based as our "tank" is a gun tank and we have no other melee focused characters in the party.

We just finished price of infamy tonight, our party is:

Babashk Fade-caller, NE mwangi juju oracle 13
Many of the named villains have spent time as her undead servitors. She harassed Barnabas for many weeks with daily doses of the nightmare spell, and has begun to do the same to Captain Bonefist. Shes a passable sailor and a shrewd negotiator. When all else fails, she fills opponents with the fires driven by her blackened curse. She's been selling "zombie" slaves for some time. Subjecting defeated pirate crews to her charms and dominations, and turning a profit selling them to other captains with low morale standing.

Erevan Ilesere, CN half-elf rogue 3/wizard (dweomerden) 3/arcane trickster 7
Erevan is a born liar. He'll wiggle every inch that he can out of deals that he makes. He picked up magic more just to make his life easier on seas, but it has become an extension of him. Many have died to the unseen forces that he has wrought on them. Now that he is no longer just a dabbler, he has taken to hunting down other mages to expand his spellbooks. Currently the most skilled sailor on the Harlot Queen, he looks to pass the title of acting captain away asap (our captain was brutally murdered by Barnabas tonight). His time is already drawn thin with running an tavern in Hell Harbor, and an inn and thieves' guild in Port Peril.

Melaku, LN garundi fighter (brawler) 4/monk (drunken master) 9
Not one to pass up a tavern, Melaku has led us to many a dangerous evenings. Unfortunately, he's apt to give his word while drunk, but the demands to keep it once he's sobered up. Many times this his put him at odds with other members in the party, but through bribery and a solid fist he breaks even on getting them to see his way. Melaku is an apt sailor, but is lazy. He enjoys life at the sea, but more as a guest than a crewman. He has to purchase his own rum rations for any expedition.

Juju Barnabas
Thats right! we where not content to let this bastard just die. Now he is just the latest in Bebashk's stable of undead flesh. I look forward to the roleplay that will come from this.

Our fourth player, who's character was butchered beyond recognition (Kazmus, saltbeard dwarf fighter 5/inner sea pirate 7), will be rolling another character and joining us again tomorrow, and I'll get his character posted then. We're trying to hammer in as much as we can before college starts back up.

One of my players is a conjurer/rogue working towards arcane trickster. I was thinking of his item being some writings that would allow him early access to the prestige class, or something that would make his progression into it less painful. Any thoughts or suggestions on this?
