Awd is alert and ready, but it's unclear if it's due to the goblin meal merely whetting her appetite or extra energy from how much she did eat.

Awd, only able to eat half of the meal before being called away, follows master morosely. Despite having eaten most of one whole goblin her size, she still searches the territory for more food.
Barring any commands, Awd sets in to continue her most recent meal. She begins to slurp and chew mnoisily on on of the goblin's limbs.
Awd, as is her wont, is really looking forward to this meal. With all the chaos, she just can't get a good bite.
Awd closes the ever-widening maw, prepared to take her meal. She perks up at the call, then slumps weakly. Nonetheless, she ambles dutifully forward toward the more food.
Awd hears the command, and eagerly moves forward where she was pointed. As she moves, she opens her mouth wide, ready to fill it with goblin.
...Food?...: Awd just follows along behind her master. Her head is hung, but given she doesn't think and therefore isn't ashamed at being reprimanded, it just may be the first signs of hunger setting in.
The Finder... or not: Awd seems eager as Datura looks to be bringing her something, but that soon turns to disinterest as it is clearly not food. As he fans in before her, she naturally 'sniffs' at it, despite not having a nose, and then when issued a command she seems to recognize what is happening. Fanning her petals slowly in the wind, she then holds them low to the ground, trying to pick up any residual odors.
Awd merely follows along behind Datura, sniffing the air for any signs of food.
Awd just faces blankly at the woman as she speaks. She just keeps close enough to follow her given command. As Lou appears, she changes her stance, only to be ready to follow the command if needed. It isn't, so she relaxes with his presence.
Awd turns as the door opens, watching someone exit the building. Unconcerned she returns to the portions of her meal she didn't finish during the night. She turns as the door opens again, receiving a command, she follows her orders. She finishes the bite she was eating, and follows the person her tender pointed at.
Awd follows Datura as normal, but as he goes in the house, she stops at the discarded body of the dead creature. She gives it a sniff, a quick taste, then begins to chew on a meaty leg. When she hears her name, she looks up at Datura, blank expression and half a leg dangling from her mouth. He makes noises at her, then turns away. Given no commands, she returns to her fairly fresh meal.
Awd, with no other guidance, follows him. Oblivious, and one could almost say, looking happy about it.
The last command Awd heard was 'defend', so she watches dutifully for anything she needs to defend what was pointed at from.
Awd has no idea of the implications behind any of the tone and or volume of the conversation. She just stands with her petals unfurled, catching swathes of flying swamp insects in droves, only reacting when a command is given. When the talking ends, she returns to following right on Datura's heel, naturally assuming the hunter posture. They were looking for food.
As soon as the creature tries and fails to strike Shelby, Datura's command kicks in, and Awd does what she was told. She snaps at the creature defensively, but not hungrily, so it was more of a nibble.
Awd looks at Datura as he speaks, before rushing up to stand protectively beside Selbarina.
Awd stares at Datura when he commands her, then stares at the spot where he pointed. Taking one long look around the whole area around her, she leans back and opens her mouth to expose her petals. The whole night, during each of the watches, that's where she stands.
As always, Awd is right on Datura's heels, constantly on the prowl for food. As is their routine, she also hunts for food alongside him, Datura tending towards plant-based food, while Awd looks for fresh meat.
Awd turns at the gesture by Liera, facing the woman impassively, before it actually leans into the woman's touch. The move is almost akin to a cat's, and looks unfamiliar to the plant, like it has never actually been 'pet' before.
After sniffing the air, Awd almost looks to slump her 'shoulders' and look a little forlorn, if that's possible. Almost as if she was longing for a different result than the one she got.
Awd just stares at Datura whenever he speaks, periodically snapping at passing larger insects. When Datura speaks to her directly, she turns and follows him.

Datura nods at his work, before leaving the begging man for the talkers to deal with. First, he does correct Terevalis, The 'plant' is named Awdrithicus, and SHE, as she lacks a stamen, needs her humanoids prepared before she can eat them. The delicate digestion of a plant does not handle most of the manmade things typically not found on the wild animals she's used to eating."
Awd, in true protective posture, moves after keeper. When he stops, she continues until she stands between him and the prey they are hunting together. She likes when keeper hunts prey with and for her.
Awd easily avoids the pointy claw of her prey as it thrashes against her continued chewing. It's swings were enough to put her too far to get a good bite coming back in. She moves protectively in front of keeper, he is good to her, and this prey's pointy claws will not reach him.
Awd recognizes her favorite word, it's the one she's been waiting to hear. Looking where keeper points, she moves to the man, hoping to have a meal. First she gives the man a taste, see if she wants a bigger bite.
Awd merely waits eagerly, if the chirping morsel moves she will have to follow, but she waits for her prey until then. Looking her best like an innocent flower.
Awd looks at the little chirping bird, unsure why the keeper wants it protected. Maybe he wants to eat it himself. Awd doesn't even recognize that Clara is unaware of the Keeper's word being the only thing keeping her from being plant food. Then again, Awd doesn't recognize just about anything as not food unless keeper says otherwise. Awd just prepares for any prey getting too close to keeper's food, spreading her petals to draw it close enough for her to snap onto it.
Awd looks to Datura when her name is called, then follows the line of where his finger is pointing. Seeing the little morsel standing in front of the others, she moves forward defensively.
Awd pays no real attention to all the noise, and really has no clue what it is all about. What she does recognize is that there may be danger for her tender. She is more than willing to lash out at anyone that tries to harm him.
Actually, Awd also has a climb speed (10'), but I get the 'he got away' plot point.
As Datura looks around the area, Awd's filament-thin receptors, test the air for the odor. First she was distracted by the blood and meat on the ground, but Datura showed her where the trail of blood he wanted her to follow might lead. Instinctually she hungered at the thought of wounded prey. She didn't realize that it was the hunter she was hunting.
Unwittingly, Awd adds to Datura's threat. Really all she is doing is writhing her viny limbs and moistening her petals with the scent bait. To others, though, it looks like she is licking her lips in anticipation.
Awdrithicus just turns her head slightly, not really understanding what he says, but used to the fact that he talks to her. SHe just lets out a brief chirp, roughly equal to the creak of a wind-blown tree limb. She stops, leans back and spreads the petals again, eager for more of the little morsels.
