The Dire Rat bites down hard on the leg of the Bugbear! The Bugbear does avoid a nasty disease though.

And with that the Summoned Augmented Celestial Dire Rat disappears back to the plane of existence it was summoned from at the end of the round.

The Rat lunges at the goblin to take a bite out of it.

The Rat lands a solid bite on the goblins nether region and it goes down in a painful crumple. Thankfully, it did not contract any filth fever. The rat then heads to the big ugly goblinoid.

Well, as the Rat was summoned a few feet away and had to move towards it and then attack, I would think he could attack it. I would gladly have the rat absorb the AOO than Alys.

The Dire Rat rushes towards the goblin and bites at it.

Unfortunately the bite misses entirely

Of course none of this actually happens until after the goblin attempts its attack of opportunity.
