Last Thursday, I placed an order for 11 items from the list of Green Ronin products on sale, for a total of $28. I also received a confirmation email about this order. Now when I check my order history I see that order #836789 contains only 1 item from my original order. Can the original, complete order be restored, or should I cancel this order and try again? I've also sent an email about this discrepancy. Thanks.
I'm seriously considering for the first time buying a case of the Night Below miniatures when they release. Until now, I've been buying individual boosters of each set but I think I'll do much better with just buying a sealed case then getting singles to complete my set. Do you guys have an option for ordering a factory-sealed case of the new miniatures release? I know I can get them from other sites/onlline stores, but 1) I already have an account here, and I don't have an account with those other guys, and 2) I'm trying to stay loyal to you guys. Any response will be much appreciated.
I have not yet received my copy of Dragon issue #351; my subscription info shows it was shipped on Nov. 28, nearly a month ago. Judging from my experience with delivery of issues of both magazines over the past 3-4 years, I was expecting to receive it late last week. I can't recall every having not gotten my copy by the time it appears on newsstands. Should I be worried yet or should I give it more time? In other words, how overdue is late enough to justify a request for a replacement copy? Thanks. |
