Hello,

The package unfortunately arrived damaged. The exterior packaging had been crushed at some point and the white envelope with the APs inside had been water-logged. the pages inside the AP magazine have those waves you get when paper dries after being wet.

The contents that was damaged:

1 x Starfinder Adventure Path #35: Merchants of the Void (Fly Free or Die 2 of 6)
1 x Pathfinder Adventure Path #162: Ruins of the Radiant Siege (Agents of Edgewatch 6 of 6)

Hey,

The packaging for the books in order 22060133 arrived severely damaged and wet. The package was also stuffed into a too small postbox underneath two larger packages. The books inside was also damaged and had signs of some water damage.

Is the images/maps on the "interactive maps" tiny and also blurry for anyone else?

For example the image/map on page 3 is formatted to only cover 20% of the actual page. And some of the pages have 2 larger maps on them, making the maps tiny.

Is it just me or is the MAP KEY numbers for SDF Rampart way off compared to the numbers on the interior map. According to the map key the captain quarters (3) is the airlock on the interior map. The elevator on the map is listed as Crew quarters (4) on the map key.

These are just two of the errors. All the numbers are off.

Found a error on Table 2-4: Witchwarper Bonus Spells (page 62).

The Table says you get bonus spells based on your WIS SCORE (top left corner), while the text on page 61 makes clear bonus spells is based on your Charisma modifier.

I'm assuming it is Charisma as the witchwarper has Charisma as it key ability score

I was finally browsing my Bestiary yesterday and I noticed that one of the pages were misprinted. One page seems to have folded or creased somewhere during the process.

Received a email saying that the payment failed. I've tried to fix it, but could not see anywhere to manually re-order, is this something Paizo staff has to do?

I was trying to change the address on my Pathfinder 2E order # 7669841 and move it from the sidecart to "ship as soon as possible". I managed to press "My account" when on step 4 of the order process and was moved to the "account" site. I noticed that the items where located in my cart and I finished the process and received a new order confirmation for order # 7919968. The old order is listed as complete in the order history and the items are gone from the sidecart.

Did I do it correctly?

Is it just me or are the maps in the PDF, lower rez than usual?

Especially the ship interior in the back of the PDF is low-rez for me. I can barely make out any details.

I received a pending order 7553693 today. In the order there were several miniatures added to the sidecart that I received in the last order. I was wondering if the items could be removed, I only want the the starfinder and pathfinder adventure path items.

I ordered some of the new kingmaker miniatures and added them to the sidecart. I currently have a pending subscription order and I was wondering if my sidecart items could be added to the pending order?

While writing the backstory for an Orc PC I'm about to play, I noticed something odd about he timeline of the events described in the book.

According to the timeline in the beginning of the book on page 5 it states that in 4692 AR "Grask Uldeth takes control of the powerful
Empty Hand tribe and the city of Urgir."

But on page 33 it says that after the roughly 20 years period called the "Culling" that followed Arodens death in 4606 AR* the Death's Head tribe lost their territory to the Murdered Child tribe and "In disgrace, the Death’s Heads made their way to Urgir and offered their services to the newly emergent Great Chief of the Empty Hand tribe, Grask Uldeth."

According to the above. The Death's Head tribe offered to serve Grask around 4626 AR not after 4692 AR when the timeline states Grask became chief.

Is there any official statement of this by Paizo? Could it be that they offered to serve an earlier chief of the Empty Hand?

*Confirmed in the timeline on page 5 as well.

I have also started a subscription by selecting AP 128. I would also like to add 127.

The Starfinder Core Rulebook Limited Edition that shipped 3rd of August with Priority Mail shipping (6 - 10 days), hasn't arrived yet. I was wondering if has been send in return to Paizo?

The Dead Suns AP 1/6 and the Starfinder GM screen I also ordered, shipped out 7th of August and has already arrived. Those had 11 - 36 days shipping.
