They both look back down at each other as the thunder ends, gaze meeting over the grins of kindred spirits. "Thank ya for the help, mum. I best be on my way." He nods to the gnomish woman as he starts to go. "Love and light w' ye." He offers a quick Shellynite good bye, a shortening of "Love and Light be with you." As they part ways, he rushes to the inn, finding his fellows as quickly as he can.
You could flavor it that way until you can take Improved Familiar and have a fairie dragon for being CG.
Was really hoping that link would be one of the tiny dragons from How to Train Your Dragon.

The dragon man shrugs and runs his hands over his oddly right angled horns. "Well, I suppose that was a bust, then. But at least we're in a new town. I'll see you all at the Inn tonight. We'll get some drinks, meet some people... It'll be fun." He saunters off into the town, talking around and meeting people. Maybe even putting on a performance for some folks if it comes up. He'll learn what he can about the city and be first to the inn, and first to start drinking. description of him: Being a warlock is usually tough on the appearance, as is incredible interbreeding, but the dragon lives something of a charmed life, and he acts like it too. Instead of circular patterbs, all of his multicolored scales come to square points, making all of him look rather angular but oddly attractive. He has somewhat androgynous features, but due to his sharp facial structure and and strong frame, most shots in the dark would be towards him being male. He has a medium sized and powerful muzzle, two horns extend from behind his brow and curl into right angles near the end. He wears a set of loose black and white clothes that don't restrict movement. They're starkly magically cleaned and complement his shimmering scales in myriad colors. On his right hand, a square spiral crystal of the mineral he resembles known as Bismuth makes a stylized A shape when imprinted on wax. On his back he carries a fairly standard adventure pack full of his supplies.
Before I respond, what sort of relationships do we have between characters or as a group? If someone wants to have known me for a while or have some form of prior relationship, let me know. It's always for for character building to have other people "remember" things you've done previously, and to do so for others within reason. But on a group level, how long have we been doing this? Or is this the first time all four of us have been in a group together.
Group fast healing is good, because Arq is a squishy caster trying to be a melee guy.
I'm curious as to what alignments everyone is. I know that Ruarc and I are CG, ergo the fun ones. (:P)

And as much as I like to give the benefit of the doubt, our employer's attempt to flee doesn't exactly do much to deincriminate him. But as for us, we were simply hired to prevent him from being robbed. And... Now that I think about it, our verbal contract was "take him and the caravan to the city unharmed," and we are at the city." He glances to his manacled ex-employer "and for the moment he is unharmed, but I suppose getting our pay before you jail him would be a bit of an imposition."
