As the group needs a front line guy until Arlok is saved will probably make him a martial class of some type. Komm should I give him 3 levels to start? Or are you saying play him as is and will level as the party does? Don't think he will last long if that's the case. Thanks.

Hey I'm here, I posted in GP, so with the site issues it seems some of my games were not giving me notifications so I wasn't checking them thinking you all were not posting due to the site. So I just caught up. I would love for Arlok to survive and gave Komm another opportunity with a little divine intervention if he wants to take that route. If not then yeah a rescue mission would be great and I can play the ghast until then. Will wait to hear back from Komm.

Made it back to a computer before Dr. Apt this afternoon. :) Also I forgot to note but the intention was to be up in the air as well. I intend on fighting the bird away from the priest channels. So 30' up at least.

Fort: 1d20 + 13 - 3 ⇒ (11) + 13 - 3 = 21 Am I still shaken? Not sure how or what caused this?

Attack Defensively: 1d20 + 14 - 3 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 14 - 3 - 4 = 22

Damage: 1d10 + 12 - 3 ⇒ (8) + 12 - 3 = 17

Current AC: 27

After Striking Arlok flies away gaining more altitude.

Giving it an AoO and making it move seems better then giving it a full attack. Though with it's DR I would need to do this for like 20 rounds. So, will try and buy as much time as I can for the others. :)

Though with its DR not sure anyone out there hits hard enough to ensure a failed save on a CDG. So...

No that's how it works. He doesn't need to be undead though. If they have the undead sub domain which worshiping Orcus they probably would. But yes it is still and either or, and yes either they have selective channeling or they are using Death's kiss, but it only last 1/2 their cleric level in rounds so the guys using 2 dice would get 2 rounds at most and it's a standard action to use so the first round is used up the round they use it and they have channeled twice so yeah all the priest need to be undead or they are all Dhampir's that works as well.

Yeah they had to errata channel back early after the Dhampir came out. If you had a group of 4 Dhampir's they would just roam around channeling and healing themselves at the same time. Dhampir death squads. It was fun while it lasted but crazy. :)

Hey guys FYI: I'm off on vacation tomorrow. I will be at War for a week. Pennsic War, SCA. I will have my phone and will try and check in but not sure of service up there. Will Save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20 Save made are those seriously 5, 5th level priest? Geezus... Also yeah lave immersion is supposed to be 20d6 no save. Not sure why he got a reflex save. Though this dungeon is old right not all the rules may be updated to current pathfinder? Either way it's been awesome but I'm not sure we could have beat just 5 5th level negative energy clerics. Also negative energy works the same as positive energy, they have to choose damage or heal. They can't heal him with the same channels that damage me. They choose either heal undead or do damage to living.

Yeah one Vrok maybe, the summon working was the big strike against us, that and negative energy channeling. No real defense against that. Some deathless armor would be nice :)

Like the purple worm Slumber Hex may be all that saves us from the demon birds.

BullRush: 1d20 + 12 - 3 ⇒ (18) + 12 - 3 = 27Arlok opts to move the priest the full distance letting him slam into the tower before falling into the lave :)

"Arlok plan no work first go. Smelly goat priest should had moved."

He smiles as he flies down landing beside the priest he boots him in the chest knocking him back into the lave he tried to do the first go.

Good chance Arlok doesn't make it through this round. It has been fun guys :) Another level or two may have been needed for this room.

Komm you never answered about the DOOM spell. Just preparing for what Arlok may do once you take your dudes actions :), pretty sure and 18 should have beat a level 1 spell.

Ah ok, no worries, just didn't want it to be because I pushed him too far. :) I tried. An 18 failed against Doom, that's a 1st level spell, they would need a +8 modifier my strength isn't even that high yet :) Just making sure. Thanks. Also I know this can seem snappy or whatever as it's text. I don't mind being effected just making sure. Would come across much batter at a table :) Still trying to figure out how to get some chard demon bird. Want to get the Vrok in the lava :)

Under bullrush it is "You can" push them an additional 5', I used the hero point to make sure I beat the CMD not for extra distance. That priest is pun intended "Toast" :) I assume I will still be making the saves so I assume these are against Doom? None of the channels can hit me. The platform is 30' high they would have to be on the bottom stairs as channel only goes out 30'

Full: Charging Bull Rush attempting to knock priest down into the Lava using Hero Point as this is too cool to mess up, maybe cool enough to get hero point back :)

He nods not knowing if that is how any of the necromancy really works but thinks he has a good plan.

So looks like we are taking a surprise round since the didn't see us so.

As the other two initiate their attack Arlok charges out from the shadows with his great club.

Damage: 1d10 + 18 ⇒ (4) + 18 = 22

You can charge when you only have a standard action you can only move up to your move speed so 30'

Arlok will be up with the scouts. He doesn't provide much help in noticing things but he can sneak along with them and help if they get surprised or ambushed.
