I was toying around with a LE Priest of Asmodean that was an asaimar [Wither Angel or Archon Blood]who was given to the church after being born [so the family would have the same of giving birth to a non-human]

He see him self as better then human [and tieflings] and feels that he deserves a place in power because he is better.

So, the Priestess of Gyrona description in RRR talks about how they frequently replace children with changelings and use the babies in sacrifices.

I want to have them replace a baby with a changeling in my campaign. Anyone have ideas/stats for one?

Well The Oracle would heal most of the time, my Basic Idea was that her powers come from the plane of negative energy she would have been born there to her Kyton mother 'saved' Worshipers Pharasma and brought up in the church. She see undead a pawns to be used up for the greater good

a Kyton-Spawn Tiefling Bone Oracle with the lame curse [his/her legs is encased in thick chains the constantly constrict].

Would have Bone armor [chain like bones coat his body], Death touch [the area where he touches welts like it was struck with a chain appear.], Undead Servitude [ extra revelation feat]
