Thanks everyone, I totally missed the nonlethal part.

Is there any chance that an unbuffed greensting scorpion poison will take effect?

Melee sting +5 (1d2–4 plus poison)

With -4 there will be no damage at all. Is this similar to damage reduction that if there is no damage from an attack, it also negates injury poison?

Thanks, I guess it helps if he sees that others agree with me. Maybe I can persuade him, most of the times he is pretty reasonable.

I’m playing an Alchemist (Homunculist). I guess there is nothing I can do without relying on others.
And I don’t want to invest in use magic device and wands and scrolls. I thought a potion of infernal healing was a cheap alternative.

Thanks for moral support. I was a little uncertain if I was reading it wrong. If worst comes to worst I have to take the Spirit's Gift feat and give the homunculus fast healing via a shaman spirit since I have no other reliable way to repair it.

Is it possible to heal a homunculus with a potion of infernal healing?
I was convinced that it should work but my GM said that magical granted fast healing works only on living tissue and that the fast healing (Ex) of some constructs works different.

Thank you to everyone for your input. The campaign is located in Korvosa. It is a large city with the Acadamae, so it should increase the chance of finding a caster with a specific spell and desired caster level.

It is for a home game. Are there any rules for the hourly rate of high level casters?

Thanks for the clarification. I wanted to create some “high level” potions (higher than my caster level) and use them with Alchemical Allocation. Seems that is not an option. Guess I have to buy them.

Is it possible to create a potion with a higher caster level by adding +5 to the DC?

Thanks, I wasn’t aware of this thread. I guess I’ve got to work something out with my GM until the matter is officially resolved.

That would be great since Mending shouldn’t work “This spell does not affect creatures (including constructs).”
Does the Homunculus have any construct traits at all?

Hi there fellow Paizonians,
I hope you can help me with my familiar/construct problem.
Is there a way for my first level homunculist to repair/heal his homunculus?
