Is there any chance that an unbuffed greensting scorpion poison will take effect?

Melee sting +5 (1d2–4 plus poison)

With -4 there will be no damage at all. Is this similar to damage reduction that if there is no damage from an attack, it also negates injury poison?

Is it possible to heal a homunculus with a potion of infernal healing?
I was convinced that it should work but my GM said that magical granted fast healing works only on living tissue and that the fast healing (Ex) of some constructs works different.

Is it possible to create a potion with a higher caster level by adding +5 to the DC?
