Angahaar returns the gesture in kind, grinning widely, ”Urgun! It is good to see you, brother.” His face quickly falls, ”Brusk did not make it here? Fires of hell, I have not seen him.” Angahaar sighs, ”Despair hangs heavy upon the streets of Kenabres. Families sundered by the confusion of war. But rest assured, I will do all I can to find your brother, to bring him back alive or to scour from Golarion those who may have done him harm.”
Angahaar places a fist on his chest in a crusader's salute when Irabeth introduces herself, "Angahaar, Scion of Terendelev, ready for action. It is madness and bloodshed on the streets. The demons act with impunity, and the city has felt their mindless wrath." After introducing himself, he takes stock of the civilians sheltering in the tavern, looking for anyone familiar.
Angahaar helps with pulling the wagon the rest of the way to the quarter master before heading inside. He was eager to see if any of his kin (or his best friends, a pair of Kellid twins) had made it to safety.
Angahaar rolls up his shirt sleeve and shows the guard the patch of silver scales on his arm, "See these scales, friend? They mark me as a bearer of the blood of Terendelev, may the Waybringer and the Inheritor bless her name. Would a descendent of the guardian of Kenabres, the one who gave her life to protect this city, fall to the vile corruption of the Abyss and stoop to such wicked deception?"
Angahaar grimaces at the sight of the cultist, ”A foul servant of a foul demon. The monsters of the world now flock to Kenabres, damnations upon them. It heartens me to know Irabeth yet lives and has rallied the righteous to her side. All the more reason to make haste there.”
Angahaar follows along, greatsword ready to bring to bear.
Angahaar nods to Ayaal, ”Let’s keep moving in. Head on quietly, we’ll be there to back you up.”
Angahaar jumps up onto the front of the wagon and bangs the side of it, "Heave ho, mule!" He chuckles before hopping down and helping Anastasia to haul the wagon.
”We should get them on their feet and head to the Heart, come back for the Nyserian Manor and the Tirabade house once we’re done. These people need help now, have been through horrors beyond reckoning . Besides, if there are still people at Defender’s Heart, these supplies will help them greatly.”
Angahaar finally catches up the the party after having fled in fear from the demons. "Damn demons, scrambling my mind. You all fought well. We should help these civilians. Left out in the open like this, they'll be sheep in a slaughterhouse for the demons. Perhaps we direct them and the wagons towards Defender's Heart?"
Angahaar lets out a bellowing roar as the soldiers approach, fury coursing through him. These men and women were innocent, it was true, but they did not try to stand up for themselves. They would be taught a difficult lesson by his hand.

Angahaar walks forward, unsheathing his blade as he makes ready to strike the demons if they should draw close, "Not much that can be done about that. Let us hope they break themselves against us in their haste for slaughter."
"That it is, but by stirring words or swift blades, we must seek to be the cure."
Angahaar takes a deep breath. He rolls up his sleeve, showing the patches of silver scales on his arm, "Terendelev is dead. She was the greatest among us, that much cannot be denied. Her blood carries on in me. But more so than that, her spirit carries on in all of us. Terendelev may be dead, but she is not gone. As long as brave souls stand against the darkness, champion the light, protect the innocent and bring justice and if necessary, destruction to the wicked, she remains. If nothing else, carry on with righteousness in your heart for her."
Angahaar narrows his eyes, "You will get but one chance to step away and repent. When all this is over, how will you be able to look at yourselves? Your efforts here will fail, and the innocent blood on your blades will turn to rust as your spirit falls to sin and depravity."
”Agreed, let’s make sure that his manor’s safe and then drop him off.”
Angahaar scowls at the news, "Bad tidings. I can't say I know what sort of beast that is, but it can't be good." He shakes his head, "Little we can do about it now." With that, he gets to helping Ana in securing the doors against any unwelcome guests.
Angahaar takes a deep, shaky breath, battle-fury and dragon-blood singing through his veins. He hefts his blade again and his gaze snaps to the mace wielder. With a terrifying smile he retorts, "Oh, do not worry. You have been noticed!" With that, he barrels towards the man and gets into a flank with Othniel before swinging his frost wreathed greatsword with a brutal strike.
Angahaar charges in, bringing his greatsword to bear in a brutal arc on one of the tieflings.
Angahaar follows along behind Ayaal. Once she looses her arrow, he grips his greatsword’s hilt as a feeling overtakes him. A feeling equal parts freezing cold amd white hot, anger and righteousness. It is the rage of dragons, roiling in his heart. He unleashes a bellowing roar and charges in.
Thanks, it’s hard but I’m getting through it. She was a hardcore cat and went out in a hardcore way. We’ll bury her in her favorite spot to nap in our rose bed with her favorite treats and some birdseed and feathers so she can chase birds to her heart’s content in Valhalla.
Hey folks, had one of my cats pass very unexpectedly and unfortunately last night, I might be a few days before I’m feeling up to much.
Angahaar nods appreciatively to Ayaal for the healing before approaching the civilians, ”I cannot speak for my companions, but striking down those who would despoil our fair Kenabres and terrorize it’s people is reward enough. I cannot say we know much. We’ve been stuck in the tunnels beneath the city, only recently emerging.”
As he sees Ana charge in, Angahaar shoots her a wide grin as he brings his sword to bear in an equally wide arc at the demon, ”Not if I kill it first!”
Angahaar lets out a mighty roar and charges forwards, swinging his greatsword in a vicious strike in hopes of felling the demon, "Wretched thing, die, damn you!"
Would I be able to charge the beastie? I know that well is technically in the way but could we say there's enough space to get through?
Sure! It’s a silviculture class, essentially learning the ideal ways to grow trees to meet certain land management and timber objectives. It was a super interesting class, but had some really tough assignments and exams.
Angahaar’s eyes widen at the brutal devastation that’s engulfed the city. He’d expected the demons to wreak havoc but this? This was as if the Abyss itself had come to Kenabres. ”Demons, bastard cultists, traitors in our midst. All of them will pay. We must move, and fast.”
Taking! I finished what will probably be the hardest course of my entire college career, so getting prepped for that took a fair bit out of me.
Yep! Recovering from a tough finals season.

"Let's press on. Kenabres awaits, and all the justice and vengeance it will bring."
Angahaar studies Horgus Gwerm for a moment, "Hmm, I've always wondered what the H.G. on the inside of my breastplate meant. Your generosity is appreciated. This breastplate's saved my life a few times."
Angahaar walks belongside Anastasia. Similar in height and build to the woman, he has stark-white hair and patches of silvery scales on his arms and neck. His eyes are a piercing, icy blue. He shoots a quizzical look at his companion when she asks about heritage, "Heritage? Who gives a damn about heritage? Let us cut to the quick, demons and their foul cultists lurk in these caverns, and likely have attacked Kenabres. We must take the fight to them. If you two will help, that is all the better. If not, we will keep you safe as we seek passage to the surface."
I’m also bogged down in finals season, I’ll post when I can, probably sometime later today.

Angahaar follows suit with Elise, staggering retching out of the cloud.
”Let us see what the demons have wrought of fair Kenabres, and visit upon them what ruin they have dealt.” He takes a deep breath and sheathes his sword as he thinks to himself. ”Apsu, lord of silver, let my kin have survived. Let the mantle of last scion of Terendelev not fall upon my shoulders. I…I am not ready.”
Amkarang hefts his greatsword onto his shoulder. His ice-blue eyes are cold as he stares at the bandits, "Listen well her. If you choose not to repent, one of your paths shall end in fire..." His fist clenches on the handle of his sword as crystals of frost creep along the blade, "And one shall end in ice. Pray that we are not given the chance to choose."
"I, too, am well in favor of going up."
Angahaar's got a similar plan. He'll give them the one chance to repent as Apsu teaches, but if they refuse then they're dragon food.
"Indeed, let us find the daylight. Apsu willing, perhaps some of my family will have yet lived."
