No problem Crusty and take care. Thank you for letting us know instead of just flaking out from view..

Andromeda is completed, however I will tweaking the fluff until we or if I start.

Andromeda Rexstar Cyrusian

Note: I tried to change her from Andromeda Rexstar to Andromeda Cyrusian and since I already had ten posts with this name, I was unsuccessful.

I am finally done with my crunch, now working on my fluff. It's more I finally had some time to crunch it.

Andromeda Rexstar

I will be making more progress this week not only because I have to but it looks like my busy schedule may ease up a little.

Unless Crusty has other things in mind, here are your answers ...

1. Drawbacks

2. I am using talents and that is exactly how you use them. Those using classes not listed, you use the basic format. For example, you use Psychic Warrior for Marksman.

To add, I will be a Soulthieving Vitalist. That way I can both heal and cause damage.

Dotting my continued interest.

Crusty, here is a race I created which equals out to an Elf in Race Points, may I play it?

Cyborg(10 RP):

Weakness (-1 RP): +2 DEX, +2 WIS, -4 CHA

Advance Strength: +2 Strength (4 RP)

Constructed (2 RP) - Note: Taken from the Android race. Cyborgs count as both humanoids and constructs. Cyborgs gain a +4 racial bonus on all saving throws against mind-affecting effects, paralysis, poison, and stun effects. Cyborgs are not subject to fatigue or exhaustion, and are immune to disease and sleep effects. Cyborgs can never gain morale bonuses, and are immune to fear effects and all emotion-based effects. Cyborgs must eat, drink, and breathe to keep their biological parts alive. If they cast, channel, or manifest, as normal they need to relax and not exert themselves for (8) hours. Unlike Full Constructs, Cyborgs can be healed and resurrected.

Fleet-Footed (3 RP): Prerequisites: The race has at least a +2 racial bonus to Dexterity. Benefit: Members of this race receive Run as a bonus feat and a +2 racial bonus on initiative checks.

Darkvision 60' (2 RP)

According to Crusty, it may or may not happen, keep checking the recruitment board for the campaign post.

Crusty, will you allow an android? By the sounds of it, it should be more like cyborg.

Android

And this is the name of the character I will be using.

If an Android is too powerful, I can remove Nanite surge and Lowlight Vision (-4 RP), or Nanite Surge and Darkvision (-5) RP.

Ah. Thanks for the Heads-up.

Yes, yes, thanks for the heads up.

Going going, long gone?!

If the Gramarist manipulated magical energies via innate sorcerous power (I.E. Spontaneous Caster like a Sorcerer or Oracle), that argument might be valid; but the Gramarist manipulates magical energies via knowledge, training & discipline, like a Wizard.

Also, effectively translating one's creative thoughts & imaginings into concrete reality requires repeated practice & experience, all of recorded human history shows us this.

Technically speaking, it is a combination of both because our only limit is materials unless Ebb Puissance has a limitation. I have not seen the rules regarding ebb.

Not necessarily true, some people are better at art than others or we would have more Van Goughs, Da Vincis, Kinkaids, and etc than we do now.

Personally, I don't think crafting skills should come into play and this is why. I can come up with great things in my mind but I am a horrible artist, craftsman, and etc. Basically, I can bark but not bite. Now if I could form what I come up with in my mind using raw magical or mental abilities, it would be a whole different story.

I noticed there is no starting Gold, personally I think we should start with either starting Wizard or even starting Fighter for 1st level creation inventions.

I am going to guess it will be allowed but I will ask anyway. Are you allowing firearms. I would think so but wanted to ask anyway.

In addition, are we automatically proficient in our creations? The answer of this may change my feat choices as well.

As far as Craft, that should obviously be on the list; doesn't every PF class get Craft as a class skill?

I think the reason why we don't receive craft is because we can craft anything out of raw magic if we have the principles. Even if you are specialist, you can craft from other specializations. You just can not take doctorate in other specializations. Universalists can take any principle except Doctorate Specialist from Specializations such as BIOY 381: Eccentric Genetics [Specialist] in Biollurgy

I will probably not keep this name, it's just a place holder Alias.

DM, can we have a Heuristicism NPC? By itself, it is pretty boring specialization, however it can tie the specializations together.
