I consider that the character who takes the first action also gets a surprise round unless the opposing guy had readied an action. Then you continue normally with initaitive

sorry 1500 (plate) + 1000 (+1 bonus) for beeing a +1 armor.

The question is do you need to pay the supplementary 150 gp for masterwork in addition to the listed 1000 gp for an +1 armor. In my opinion those 150 GP are already included in the prize since you buy a magical item and the core rules state on page 460 under the section prize for magical items: THIS IS THE COST IN GOLD PIECES TO PURCHASE THE ITEM IF IT IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE and it also says under armor on page 461 : ALL MAGIC ARMOR IS ALSO MASTERWORK ARMOR In addition on page 153 under section masterwork armor it says: ALL MAGIC ARMORS AND SHIELDS ARE AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED TO BE OF MASTERWORK QUALITY and so for me it sounds that when you buy a finished magic item all supplementary costs in creating the item are included.

on our last session there was a question coming up concerning the prize of a magic armor or weapon:

until now I was sure that when you buy a fullplate +1 it will cost 3.500 GP when bought. (1.500 Fullplate and 1.000 for being a +1 armor)
Now our new GM (hello brother ;lol) says that the prize would be 3650 since you have to add the supplementary 150 GP for the armor to be of masterwork quality..

But since the rules state that every magic item need to be of masterwork quality before you can create it this would mean that when you buy a fnished armor +1 the 150 Gp extra would already be included for the magic items prizes given or am I wrong. Can anybody help?
