Amethyst steps up beside Morgana and attacks with her empowered scarf.
"Whatever he is, whatever he's done, we will ensure that he doesn't harm anybody else," Amethyst says resolutely. She prepares to follow Morgana down the stairs.
"Let us see where the lady takes us," Amethyst says, ready to be done with this haunted house!
Not being able to do much about the haunt, Amethyst grabs Sabriyya by the shoulder to drag her out of the room before it can manifest!
Amethyst grits her teeth as she fights off the haunt. She pulls out a small mirror and checks her reflection. ”No tumors. Flawless, as always. Let’s continue.”
"It is a foreboding edifice, to be sure," Amethyst says. She reaches out to take Sabriyya's hand in one of hers while grasping Melody's with the other. "Do not fear, ladies. We will prevail against whatever evils lurk within."
"Let's do the damned thing and put an end to this horror show," Amethyst agrees.
Resisting the ghast's stench, Amethyst move in to slice open the ghast's belly!

Amethyst has no idea what the madman is talking about, but when he lunges for Vasia, the magus quickly steps up to intervene, blasting Grayst with a spray of swirling colors!
Amethyst stands behind Sabriyya, eyeing the "good" doctor suspiciously. He remains silent for now, but ready to act should things take a turn.
Amethyst lets Morgana do the talking to Ibor, but the magus does offer a few sympathetic words and looks to help.
Amethyst offers his arm to Morgana. "Shall we, Miss Deverin?"
Amethyst tries not to gag at the gruesome sight. He doesn’t get too close, merely covering his mouth with his scarf and waiting for the nightmare to be over.
"I don't think we'll be able to discern anything else here at the scene," Amethyst says. "Should we speak to Mister Thorn to see if we can get anything else out of him?"
Amethyst grins as Sabriyya comes up to him. "I am much better now that you have arrived, sweet thing." He slides his arm around her waist as they walk to meet with the sheriff. At the meeting, he helps himself to a jelly pastry as well. The slight roundness that has begun to develop around his waist is a testament to the amount of baked goods he has been indulging in during the downtime!
Amethyst had spent the last week doing charitable works about town, performing at night at various taverns and dance halls, and quietly researching more about the ruins of the Old Light. She also spent time with Sabriyya when she could, though their relationship was progressing at a slower pace than that of Morgana and Vasia. When the sheriff calls the group together, the Swan arrives in his masculine form. "Yes, let us inspect the scene of the crime and interview any witnesses. Whoever is behind these heinous acts must be brought to justice."
Amethyst is overcome with sorry, spoiling her aim.

Amethyst moves up to within 15 feet of the fiend before unleashing a color spray on it. It may not do much, but she hopes it might at least temporarily inconvenience it!

Swan shrugs. "He's got a great voice, whoever he is."
”That sounds like a fine plan.”
"A monster like that should not be left behind. If we do not destroy it, we risk somebody else discovering it and possibly following in Nualia's footsteps," Amethyst says.
Amethyst uses another bit of arcane power to guide her aim!

Amethyst misses with her scarf. Still badly hurt, she steps away from Nualia.
Amethyst grunts as she hits the ground, blood streaming from her legs. She grits her teeth and stands back up before attacking Nualia again, using some of her arcane pool to guide her aim.
Thanks to Morgana's aura of courage, Amethyst doesn't waver. She steps to try to flank Nualia and attacks again.

"And you as well," the Swan murmurs back.
"Thank you, darling. How about a kiss for good luck?" Amethyst asks Sabriyya.
Amethyst casts a shield spell before nodding to indicate her readiness.
Amethyst scoffs. ”How rude! Oh well, on to Nualia?”
”But first, tell us who your tailor is?” Amethyst asks. ”That outfit is killer!”
”Hmm? Oh, sorry. You can’t blame a girl for just looking though,” she says with an apologetic smile to Sabriyya.
"That seems like a fair price," Amethyst mumbles, definitely not staring at Orik's pecs!
"What is your name, sir? And what is your price?" Amethyst asks, pointedly not trying to look at his muscular chest.
Amethyst frowns. "Surely not all goblins are vicious monsters? Maybe we can try to find a more benevolent tribe that might raise them to do good rather than evil."
