The dashing human and the intrepid ysoki adventurers finally let their attraction and lust get the better of them to discover they are divinely blessed with a child. Their daughter has the musculan features of her mother - tail, ears and snout softened by her father's human form and halfway in height to her parents. She's furless but with long flowing ginger blonde hair.

Influenced by her parents' past, the young half-ysoki becomes infatuated with technology and dreams of her own adventures someday. Her father kids her enthusiasm and nicknames her his little halfwrench.

The years go by and she finally gets to prove herself hiring on to a ship as a mechanic while being a bit bookish as her mother.

Entering the ship in her fairly ordinary lavender flight suit, a well used tool kit and a hover drone oddly named Zipper, she introduces herself as Gadget.

And an entire generation of furries is born.

HA! I love it!

Is he playing a human? If so, PF has precedence for humans interbreeding with every humanoid, including reptiles and kasatha:

The blood of a non-human ancestor flows in your veins.

Prerequisite: Human.

Benefit: Choose another humanoid race. You count as both human and that race for any effects related to race. For example, if you choose dwarf, you are considered both a human and a dwarf for the purpose of taking traits, feats, how spells and magic items affect you, and so on.

And that's before templates and sorcerer bloodlines.

Edit: and both Shirren and Androids are Humanoid type

Yeah he is playing a human. Thanks for that, that helps.

So my group was rolling up character for our upcoming starfinder game. He have all been playing together for a while and there are usually strong elements of love and romance in our games. Either PC relationships or PC/ NPC relationships. With all the new core races one of my players asked me which races were "physically compatible" and my only reply was "well genetically I'm sure none of them arebut physically I'm not sure, , " as he is playing a human I told him with humans androids obviously are since they are modeled after humans, fully functional and anotomicaly correct. I'm going to assume Lashunta are as well since all the art I've seen they look 90% human with anteni. Yesoki...sure. they are small furry mammals if that's your thing who am I to judge. they got the requisite parts have fun. And I'm certain the Shirren are totally NOT compatible. But that leaves the Vesk and the Kasatha. I am no zoologist and don't know much about lizard/ reptile anatomy but I would assume that vesk and other mammalian humanoids wouldn't work. Besides the vesk don't strike me as a race that would do anything outside their race anyway. The Kasatha are a real question mark. I am leaning toward yes based on all the art from pathfinder. What do you guys think?

Hi James I just got my coppy of the starfinder CRB and it's amazing!! I love the the art and the changes to the rules I think are fantastic. I have one question though for npc characters. I saw the space goblin technomancer stat lock and he didn't have any stamina points listed. Do monsters and npcs not gain stamina points per their class like npcs do?
Hi hope gencon went well for you guys and I can't wait to see what else comes out in the future

Hi Jamnes

1: What happens to a demon lords abyssal realm when that demon lord dies for good? Does it just crumble way into the aether of the abyss?
2: if an abyssal realm did crumble away some how what would happen to the demons that inhabit that realm
3: what would happen to a person who was imprisoned by an imprisonment spell deep within that layer of the abyss?

My fondness and quriosity of succubi comes mostly from Arushalae. She is by far one of my most favorite NPCs I have run in a campaign yet!

Who was your favorite NPC to develop or wright for in the adventure paths and why?

I know succubi like to use detect thoughts to better seduce there targets, how is that a viable option if even a lowly commoner, who would undoubtedly fail the DC 20 save needed to resist, would know that he is under some sort of magic attack? Wouldn't that make Him suspicious right off the bat or would his ignorance of magic and outsiders be what would protect the succubus from being found out?

1.If a paladin of serenre dies and is judged by pharasma would he be sent to the lawfull good plain or would he be sent to serenre even though she is neutral good?

2.can a god request pharasma to send the soul of a devout servent somewhere else? and would she honor that request? For example a CG character who wasn't a devout of iomedae but helped the church a lot dies could iomedae ask pharasma to send her to her instead of the CG plain?

3. Do the gods only use outsiders that match their alignment as servants or can they be one step removed like devine casters. Could the herald of iomedae be NG indstead of LG?

1) Such a soul would go to Sarenrae's realm.

2) No. Doesn't work that way.

3) Deities are free to use any minion they want, but they tend to skew towards those of their own alignment or adjacent alignments so that their will is done more efficiently and with less subversion.

Would said paladin then become an angel or other NG outsider after being a petitioner or would he become an archon more intune with his alignment

Hi James

When Iomedae passed the test of the starstone and became a Demi god she got the job of Arodens herald. Did she gain domains and was she able to grant people spells after passing the test? Or did she just become a unique outsider and didn't gain the ability to grant spell until Aroden died and she took over?

** spoiler omitted **

Once you gain domains, you can grant spells. Whether or not Iomedae gained this ability as the result of taking the Test of the Starstone and became a demigod OR if she already had it before because she had mythic tiers and had the divine source power is something that I think we've been pretty unclear about.

What I do know is that when she emerged from the Starstone Cathedral, she did so as a unique outsider demigod. Likely a CR 26 one. Who swiftly rose in power to become the full on deity she is today (my preference is that it was Aroden's death and the power vacuum that resulted that allowed her to transcend from demigod to deity, but again, I'm pretty sure we've been unclear/vague about all that).

As for the spoilered part...

** spoiler omitted **

Awesome thanks James that helped a lot!

Did anyone worship iomedae when she was the herald of Aroden and get there spells from her spicificly or did they all pretty much just get there spells from Aroden?

Spoiler:

If the PC who is planing to take the test at the end of the campaign actually redeemed and married Nurah. If he took the test passed ad became iomedaes new herald. Would iomedae allow that character to bring her to the celestial realms with him to live out the rest of her life as a mortal? Would the now Demigod PC have the power to grant her imortality? Or would iomedae grant it to her as a thank you for her part in ending the world wound, or as a favor for her new herald? ( Nurah has been a huge part in the party and was with the party since they took citidel drezen) I don't want to do anything in game that would be out of character for iomedae.

if at the end of wrath one of my Pcs who was a warpriest of iomedae passes teat of the star stone could he become iomedaes herald just like she did for Aroden? And would he become a Demigod or would he be a unique outsider?

Hi James

If a succubus lured someone willingly into an "act of passion" that takes longer than one round how often would her energy drain trigger? Would it be once per round or would it only be once because allthough lasting several round it's technically only one "act of passion"

Hi James

I'm currently running a "Wrath of the Righteous" campaign and one of my players is pursuing a romantic relationship with Arueshalae. what exactly counts as an "act of passion" for her energy drain besides the obvious? would a hug trigger it, can they hold hands and even cuddle at night while his character sleeps? is he safe as long as they avoid kissing or any other sexual contact with each other? Or is any kinda of physical contact a no go and she is basically one big no fly zone until she is redeemed?
