Description Alexis is an overweight young woman with cropped hair that is currently dyed a deep purple, but changes with her moods. Her ears sport multiple piercings, and she has a nose and lip ring as well. Her favorite possessions are a purple crystal pendant that she never takes off, and an old Army surplus coat that she wears that she has modified, removing the Stars and Stripes and replaced it with a Pride flag.

Personality Alexis is shy and introverted, but fiercely loyal to her friends. She's afraid of making a fool out of herself, so she often chooses to avoid experiences that make her feel foolish. Engaging her on one of her areas of expertise, though, is a good way to coax her out of her shell, as is any display of intolerance, injustice, or inequality.

Background Alexis is a West Coast girl, through and through. She was born and raised in San Francisco by her mother, Rainchild Trowner. Her father left her mother before Alexis' sixth birthday, so her memories of him are vague and fuzzy. While she considers San Francisco her home, she has a deep and abiding love of Sedona, as her mother hailed from that area. Her grandparents still live in that town, and have good relations with Alexis. She graduated in 2012 with her degree in accounting from Berkeley, and has been working for a local San Francisco sourdough bread factory to help with their books.

Alexis identifies as a gay woman, having discovered her sexual identity in college. She's done some work with GLAD over the last few years, and is currently in a relationship with another girl, living in graduate housing while her partner finishes her degree. She's had to endure some rather nasty slurs against her, both for her sexuality and her weight, and while she hides the scars of these insults, she has been deeply affected by them.

Alexis is pantheistic, selectively taking lessons and concepts from many different religions and traditions and incorporating them into something that makes sense for her own spiritual journey towards the Divine.

Alexis is not experienced in gaming in the slightest. Her partner, however, has played many games, and Alexis has always taken the weekly or biweekly game nights at their place to catch up on her reading. Recently, however, she has been convinced to play in a weekly AdventureFinder game at a local game shop. She's never really had much interest in games before, but her partner mentioned there would be vampires, which did intrigue her. She's not sure exactly how the game works, but there's nothing that can't be improved with a batch of freshly baked brownies! (Special ingredients not included - this time.)
