I've been thinkin bout this for awhile now, do we want to try and find a GM willing to take over for us?

I realize that we're all kinda super powerful, but if we stick with the original intentions of this game, wherein we narrate our own stories for the most part, with a GM offering random events to bring us together, and helping us when needed, it might not be that daunting.

They walk hand in hand back inside, Akor explaining as they go "Well, we originally needed your help in translating something, but I believe that is taken care of. Now, we need aid in finding a new guardian for this grove. Whomever takes over will be bound to this forest. Which means it can't be you, as you'll be unable to leave and you have your own duties elsewhere. I was thinking of Sheyla, your younger cousin. She's a decently powerful priestess, is she not?"

Apologies, I had planned to post something last night, but ended up getting into a ridiculously stupid argument with a player on another game which pretty much killed my creativity and focus.

We have found a strange pyramid that appears to somehow be influencing the Twisted Forest. We need you to come decipher the writing which is in some form of ancient Druidic."

He then looks to the Fey who lead them here "How are you feeling? Got full control of yourself and your memories yet?"

Akor looks around, thinking, then picks up his blade "I wonder if there's any more to this pyramid or not. I would like to know what in the Nine Hells was going on here"

Does there appear to be any halls, doors, etc, or is this just one giant room?"

Yea, that was a little unfair and kinda anti-climactic. I mean, I know two of my attacks were criticals, but I also know that the witch has a lot more HP than that.

1d20 + 31 ⇒ (3) + 31 = 34 going to spend a Mythic Point here to add 1d8 ⇒ 7 for a total of 41

critical damage if confirmed 3d8 + 48 ⇒ (4, 5, 5) + 48 = 62 +2d10 ⇒ (4, 10) = 14 elec dmg.

1d20 + 31 ⇒ (20) + 31 = 51, possible crit.

If all atks hit, and all crits are confirmed total damage= 149 +27 electricity dmg

Was just trying to see if she was any sort of fae or plant creature, with all these living trees attacking us.

Knowledges:

You can use this skill to identify monsters and their special powers or vulnerabilities. In general, the DC of such a check equals 10 + the monster's CR. For common monsters, such as goblins, the DC of this check equals 5 + the monster's CR. For particularly rare monsters, such as the tarrasque, the DC of this check equals 15 + the monster's CR, or more. A successful check allows you to remember a bit of useful information about that monster. For every 5 points by which your check result exceeds the DC, you recall another piece of useful information. Many of the Knowledge skills have specific uses as noted on Table: Knowledge Skill DCs.

So any special class or race features, vulnerabilities, etc.

Akor falls back a few feet and studies the witch, trying to pinpoint her weaknesses 1d20 + 41 ⇒ (14) + 41 = 55 Knowledge(Nature), +12 bonus from Wis due to Monster Lore

The tress swing at Akor, all to no avail, as he is too well protected.

Round 2

Akor calls out in Celestial "Foul creatures, thou shall never be able to separate my blade from me! Demonwrack return!" Swift action to use the Called property to teleport his sword back to his hand.

Once more calling upon divine power Akor empowers himself to bring about holy vengeance Immediate action, activating Judgement, choosing Justice, Destruction(Slayer) and Protection for a +5 to hit, +9 to damage and +5 to AC. My total AC is 39.

The champion of the Seldarine unleashes a flurry of strikes at the tree that first swung at him Assuming nothing else was in the room for my first attack

Akor's attacks:

Suddenly, another tree swings at him, but protected as he is by his near divinity, Akor avoids the blow. A third tree grabs him up and takes away Demonwrack from his grip.

Finally, some crazed white haired woman leaps at him from the trees, trying to strike him down, yet once again he is saved by his enchantments.

Round wrap up:

The second tree missed.

The third tree successfully disarmed me, and also grappled me.

"It will last several hours, and I can cast it a few more times if need be. I do have a trio of companions, who can be here almost instantly. We five should be enough, though I can call much more if you feel greater numbers would help."

He smiles a bit ruefully "Would you like me to heal the injury I caused? I am sorry about that."

Reaching out to Sparel's mind "Cousin, I might need you and the others. Seems there's a powerful woman of some sort at the heart of this problem. I am speaking with an unknown type of boreal fey, and she had ensnared his mind."

I have Detect Magic still up, would a spellcraft check help me to figure out what is affecting him so I can try to dispel it?"

Akor whispers a prayer, calling upon some divine protection Casting Magic Circle Against Evil. Its the best I've got to try and help this fae.

A fair amount comes from my custom race, the Casrua, which is basically a celestial elf. Built to be emissaries/ambassadors, as Akor is all about uniting all the Elves.

Hey Sparel, would it be alright if last turn, before this round with the new attack from the rider, but after my attack, I switched two of my Judgements? Its an immediate action to do that. I want to give me Cold Resistance, and Fast Healing. However, since it's my mistake to have not done that before the attack, I'll take the full damage from the attack this round. I just want to have those Judgements active

Casting Instant Enemy as a swift action, allowing me to treat this rider as an evil outsider for purposes of my favorite enemies. Charge attack.

Thanks to his innate resistances, Akor does not suffer the full effects of the attack Cold res 5. He grunts as that spell hits him however. "Not the best of ways to start things off, but I am Aelakoress Shriraryn, Champion of the Seldarine. Please forgive me as I know I am trespassing, but I have come here to investigate what exactly is transpiring within these woods."

As soon as he sees the rider step through the mists, Akor calls upon his divine might Immediate action, activating Judgement, choosing Justice(+5 atk), Destruction(Slayer, +9 dmg), and Protection(+5 bonus to AC). Current AC is 39, don't think it'll help vs the Ice Lance, but wanted to use this now

Well, I already have Ranger casting as a 10th level Ranger, via the HOPF Magic User(Ranger). I just want to take it 13th level, to get 4th level spells. Which gets me 3 spells per day.

I offered something similar to you for Sparel, though perhaps I only said 2 levels for Cleric, but that's only because you already cast them at a high level. 4th level Ranger spells aren't that uber.

Would it be OK if I brought my Ranger casting up to 13th level, so I can access 4th level spells for my leveling?

I'll probably also had in a few spells to my Inquisitor known list, if that's alright as well.

By the way, depending on how things go and definitely up to the current GM, how would you all feel about leveling basically at the end of each GM's arc, at the least?
