Diphycue would you be willing to have a wandering frog monk in your travels who tags along? Their relationship would be that I'm always asking you questions about everything in your books. I would be particularly interested in magic creations, but other cultures would be brought up. I would regard you as an older brother who has his head in the clouds a little too often. I would every so often try and teach you about wonders of nature, and that being attuned to nature and your surroundings brings you inner strength.
Would you be willing to allow a Grippli? They are a primitive race living in the swamps and forests, and I think the frontier would be a great place to find one. I would preferably play him as a monk or rogue depending on the party. His whole deal is that he is seeing an influx of settlers, and wanting to expand his people's influence decides to set up a "treefort for all the races CROAK!" If another party member would allow it he would have traveled with them learning the ways of outside races and cultures. He would be a simple fellow slow to change his ways, but the dependable sort. If I'm added I will add more as I learn more about your game's history, but otherwise his personality is created. Also, how long have you been GMing, and is this more of a roleplay game or a rollplay game? I also would like to talk to you over skype or some other method if I'm accepted to learn more about how you GM.
Hello, we have a group of 5 (possibly soon to be 4) players looking to play a roleplay intensive game. We're looking for a GM that is interested in role-playing, and creating an immersive fantasy world. Detailed plots, beautiful descriptive settings, and interesting characters are what separate tabletop RPGs from hack and slash video games. You don't need to be the most adept in the mechanics as long you create a wonderful world to explore. The time we play is fairly flexible as we have players from Australia, US, and the Netherlands. The time we have atm is below but we'd be willing to change it for the GM.
If you're interested PM me and if you have questions please post below.
Hello, I am very interested in your campaign. This would be my first AP campaign, but I am currently in a game about exploring a new world. I have played pathfinder for about a year now, so I'm not a complete beginner. I'm not sure what exactly what class I would like to play yet, but I enjoy playing magic users.
A healer you say?! Well, I think we're going to become the best of friends. Nex gives a feirce grin while stroking his sword hilt. Nex arrives at the cart to see a half elf, a faen, and a strange creature looking at the smoke pillars from home. Hoping to brighten the mood by giving everyone something to do, he spoke up. Greetings friends, my name is Nex, Nex of Steel. You might remember my face from the escape. This here is Malowa, she seems to have just joined us. I was hoping we could gather ourselves and discuss what to do next. I have no desires other than to guard everyone, but I'm sure you all must have a plan. Why don't we all gather the others in a circle around here and share our plans?
I think it's fair. I played a campaign where I could fly and teleport yet instead of breaking the game it offered out of the box solutions. Flying up into a second story window to get past guards, scout ahead by landing in a high tree. Yes if the obstacle is simple like a cavern I would have no difficulty. The problem is that I could cross it, but what about the rest of the party? I'm stuck with them so me just flying accross is pointless. This flight like you said won't be useful in combat, and I think that is a fair trade off. But it's your game. Also thank you for spoting my screw up the angel blood and flesh being feats not traits. =)
This campaign looks very interesting, but I'm a little confused on how to apply to games on this website. It already appears that character sheets are being shuffled around. Is that something I have to do to apply? If so would it be ok if I use mythweavers instead? My last question is what time would the game start? |
