Pathfinder Society Sunday Night Special: Serpents Rise

Sunday evening, 7:00–11:59 pm, 2015 • Grand Ballroom

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 7th-level pregenerated characters.

Years of political maneuvering, espionage, smuggling, and diplomacy have set the stage for the Aspis Consortium’s most ambitious attack on their Inner Sea rivals: the Pathfinder Society. All that remains are several key preparations that only an elite team of Aspis agents can arrange, and once the fireworks begin, these same agents must strike quickly and mercilessly to secure objectives—some shared and some connected to deeper plots—and escape without the Society being any the wiser.

In this adventure the players portray agents of the Aspis Consortium using 7th-level pregenerated characters. The events in this story also connect to and expand upon those in "Siege of Serpents".

There will be 35 tables of this session during the Special, all of which will be using NORM rules. There will be no CORE tables for the Special.

This sounds really cool! I've been planning to use the Aspis in my Serpent's Skull and Mummy's Mask campaigns, so anything involving them is exciting. However, I have a question.

Will there be any way to see the content of this scenario outside of the Con? I'm not talking about sanctioned play, just the opportunity to learn more about the Aspis Consortium's involvement in Golarion.

After PaizoCon and Gen Con, this adventure will be available as an exclusive adventure to 4- and 5-star GMs. An exclusive adventure typically remains so for a year before becoming available for purchase, but we have not announced a public release date for this adventure yet. I suspect I'll be able to share more if asked at the Pathfinder Society Q&A.

If you're interested in learning more about the Aspis Consortium's involvement in the Mwangi Expanse and Sargava region, I strongly recommend the Scions of the Sky Key series of three scenarios.
