Sorry, been in bed this weekend with a cold, so posting is slowed a bit. With Sumak's success, you have the required amount to successfully defeat the opponents in this "Quick Encounter"
The air is tense behind the Emporium, as Smenk's dozen thugs suddenly find that they are facing six opponents rather than a single one. They seem uncertain as to their success, but nevertheless advance upon you all.
"This is none of youse business," one of them notes, "we just want to have a chap with the fancy lad."
Moments later, the thugs have been so thoroughly demoralized by Ragnar and Sumark, had rain barrels thrown at them by Crothel, causing them to be bowled over and knocked flat on their backs, been hit by Aksha's spells that feel more like hammer blows, and had the original target of their ire plunge into their midst to rain blows with the flat of his blade against them, that they scramble to their feet and flee the alley.
That was somewhat less than I wanted to write, but I feel like I'm already behind, so I thought I'd make it short.

Hope you are feeling better BrOp!
Alsha frowns momentarily before turning to the object of the thugs likely misplaced ire
”Friends of yours? I’m Aksha.”
Looking at the assembled allies she smiles.
”Seems like you made some new, better friends.”

Thanks, feeling almost myself today.
As the thugs scatter, the Emporium's nearly eight foot tall ogrekin bouncer, Kurlag, comes lumbering around the corner. Seeing the fleeing men he looks at the folk assembled there before turning to Crothel.
"You got problems 'ere, Crothel?" he intones with a bass rumble that makes your chest shake.
| Xavier March |
"The name's Xavier. Xavier March." He offers an easy smile and a slight flourish of his hand. "A genuine pleasure to make your acquaintance, and my heartfelt thanks for stepping in before that unpleasantness became something far messier. And you are?"
His gaze moves around the assembled group, twinkling with good humour and curiosity.
Xavier follows the greeting with a deep, courtly bow before straightening and watching as the enormous bouncer moves outside to assess the situation.
