Weaving her way through the small opening Kyki rushes down the rickety planks towards Gaedren. Do you recognise me Geadren!? She yells as she lobs the alchemist fire towards the two men.

fire damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5
plus 1 splash damage and 1d6 damage on their next turn if it's a direct hit. Full round action plus reflex DC15 (or jumping into water) avoids the extra 1d6

Kyki that attack misses, I'm not sure if they still take the splash damage despite the miss.

Yagrin yelps and ducks as the alchemist fire almost hits him. Gaedren snarls, "You! I should've dragged your carcass and fed it to Gobblegut like the rest of them snot nosed brats!"

Romli gets into a defensive stance, moves next to the alligator and swings his sansetsukon at it, trying hard to not sacrifice defense for offense.
"I'll hold off this alligator until you're all inside!"

The wand sputters again, much to Yagrin’s dismay.

The blue kobold charges up a spell between her little claws,as static arcs between her fingers as she launches a crackling bolt of electricity at Garden

Divo tries to slip in through the hole, catches his shoulder, and then with a pained heave he forces himself inside. Overbalancing like that left him stumbling, but he managed to work his way around the smaller party members to get in front.

Praxedis tries to squeeze through the door, but her armor gets caught on a nail, causing her to use more energy to get herself inside.

Gaedren yelps as he gets electrocuted, glaring at the kobold. "You! I swear it would've been so easy to frame a kobold! How the hell did you escape the gallows?!" He notices Praxedis and comments, "Hey! What are you doing with these low lives? I can pay you a pretty gold to toss them down to Gobblegut!"

Regardless, the old man aims his crossbow at Trebelle.

Neither Gaedren nor his minion look like they're very capable fighters, with sword or spell. The crocodile, on the other hand... that could be a problem. Amadine takes a cautious step along the wooden planks, carefully aiming to avoid Romli, and utters the words of her spirit-born spell.

5 ft step and cast color spray on Gobblegut, aiming to avoid Romli. Will DC 15 to avoid the effects.

If either Geadren or Yagrin are holding a metal object Kyki will cast burning disarm on them (with a preference for Yagrin if both are holding a metal object). DC14 Reflex (if the make the DC they can choose to take the damage or drop the metal object) fire damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

If neither are holding a metal object I'll cast daze on Yagrin, DC13 Will.

So I previewed the rolls and both failed, but I'll reroll to see how long the effects of color spray lasts.

Amadine's spell does the trick, and the alligator is now sightless and immobile. Gaedren clearly doesn't like that.

"Yagrin, shoot that bi-" He stops midway his bout of anger to realize that Yagrin is also stunned. He starts to cuss an entire string of profanities.

Seeing that the man between him and Gaedren was currently beyond his wits Divo moved up and, rather than brain him with his warhammer, he checked him with his shield to try and put him into the drink.

Going with a reposition combat maneuver while he is stunned, thus giving Divo a +4 on the roll while he can't AoO back. :3
