Mastercard getting rejected (talked to the bank, all good on this end)

Hi there.

I just signed up and tried purchasing the .pdf of the new "Advanced Class Guide" for Pathfinder, but i get the message "The payment method you selected was declined (Error 12). Please select a different payment method."

I have tried several times now, making sure everything is put in the form correctly, each time with the same result...... :-( I have checked with my bank, and everything looks like it should, no reasons for a decline on my end.

I am located in Denmark, and the credit card is issued here.

Anything you can help me with? Or perhaps link another partnered online retailer where I could try and order it from? Haven't been able to find any.

Not Paizo staff here, but the usual reason for that is a mismatch in the address that you have on file with Paizo and the address that the bank has on file. The addresses have to match exactly, down to the last comma and period and abbreviation.

It looks like whichever card or billing address you changed the order to ended up going through successfully on the 16th.
