Ashava’s blessing has granted a temporary form of lycanthropy that is fully under your control. This has no influence on your character’s alignment, personality, or motivations unless you would like to make this a transformative experience for your character. The blessing has the following effects.
You can change shape. You have three forms—your typical form, a wolf form, and a hybrid form. You can shift to any of your three forms as a move action. If this PC has earned the Celestial Lycanthropy boon from #10–05: Mysteries Under Moonlight, Part 1, you gain that boon’s benefits for free for this entire scenario.
HYBRID FORM
If you shift to your hybrid form, you gain the following benefits.
Senses: Your senses sharpen, granting you darkvision (60 feet), low-light vision, and scent.
Defenses: You gain DR 5/silver and a +2 bonus to natural armor.
Attacks: You gain a bite attack that deals 1d6 points of damage if you are Medium or 1d4 if you are Small. If the bite attack hits, you can attempt a combat maneuver check to trip your target as a free action.
Pack Leader: You can communicate and empathize with wolves. You can use Diplomacy to alter a wolf’s attitude, and you gain a +4 racial bonus on the check when doing so.
WOLF FORM
If you shift to your wolf form, you gain all of the benefits listed for the hybrid form as well as the following two effects.
Speed: Your base speed increases to 50 feet.
Wolf Shape: All of the gear that you are carrying or wearing melds into your body until you switch to another form. All items that give constant bonuses still give their bonuses, except armor, which does not function. Unless you have other feats or class features that would allow you to do so, you cannot speak, cast spells, or manipulate objects that would require the use of hands.

He looks more to me like Peter Cushing (maybe with a touch of Christopher Lee) - at any rate, he doesn't actually look like a guy who should be cast as "inept inspector".
I've moved on the map but noticed Thror mentioned being in hybrid form and attacked with a weapon...didn't the GM state we were in full celestial werewolf form, meaning we only have our bite attack?
I interpret it as the full moon shifted you into Hybrid form, then the Inspector noticed you in Beast Mode and freaked out. Otherwise he has no reason to attack you (well, there is a backup reason he can use but this makes more sense.)

Fran's parents were murdered and the circumstances surrounding that were never really solved. She doesn't really remember anything that happened during the event and she's been a little touched in the head ever since. Deep down, I think her worst fear is that she murdered her parents during some sort of dissociative episode.

May I ask, 'upon which level/what kind of fear'?
Biological or intellectual?
Egocentric or altocentric?
Sensory or conceptual?
Big-picture or personal?
Positive or negative (in the clinical sense)?
Past or future?
Emotional or ontological?
There's a big difference between "if this happened, I fear I might die" versus "if this happened, I would WANT to die" - and that's still leaving out a great deal!

I'm not usually on the 'demand-side' of this question, buuut let's say...:
Boredom. To an only slightly lesser extent, captivity.
If that's all too abstract or internal, try 'an accurate up-close image of a star or a large planet or brown dwarf' - because it's just sooo huuuge and BRIGHT and the clouds and the swirling and the gravity AAAAAAAAAAH...!
Dylph fears this recurring dream where he's standing in a toga surrounded by a thousand naked women who are tossing pickles at him...he wonders why he's the only one to have this dream...
If that doesn't suffice, then being backstabbed...
Thank you for the responses, everyone. This will come in handy later on this scenario.
The DCs for the chase are really high, but as long as one person can get close, the rest of the party can aid. Or you can be like Dylph and succeed at several on your own, haha.
... well, except failing to die an heroic death confronting the uncountable hordes of the Abyss. Deep down Thror is sure the Abyss is unbeatable but he wants to go out in a blaze of glory, taking as many demons he can with him. Dying of old age alone and forgotten, with no one caring or remembering his deeds while the demons threaten to swallow reality up is what Thror absolutely fears the most...

This actually REALLY sucks - I can't use my powers as long as I'm shaken. Neither can The Sentinel, come to think of it.
I did just remember I have a special CL-4th scroll of remove fear; given that we sort of knew this was coming, could we retcon that I'd used it beforehand (since I'm guessing this whole thing counts as a fear effect)?
You knew the creepy mist was approaching. The real question is, do you want the +4 bonus against fear? Or did you want to suppress its effects afterward? You're not certain when the next encounter will take place.

Good news though, the Sentinel may have failed the will save but passed the fort save. He is unaffected by shaken. I just made it dramatic cause of the failed will save.
If the Will Save prevents the Shaken, then of course I am blowing a +4 GM Reroll on it.
Will Save Reroll (If Needed):1d20 + 4 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 7 = 30

Incidentally, had I not been able to turn that around, Light and Dark (an immediate action) would still have protected me from the negative energy damage.

Thanks for the link, I'll definitely consider that; I thought I'd read that somewhere before but couldn't recall where nor could I find it again either...once I read the link you provided, it and several other vanities there I remembered reading before. When I was try to find all the stuff you can use prestige on, it seems to be real spread out among many different sources. Do you know if there's a site or PDF that has all of that consolidated?
ETA: Scratch my last question...looks like the link you gave me has pretty much everything listed. Thanks again!
Well done, everyone. The final battle in low tiers isn't very exciting. Especially when you make the perception checks to avoid the trap squares and kill her before she activates the haunt. Oh, and glitterdust goes a long way in this battle.
I'll get the chronicles ready by this weekend. In the meantime, here's the boons you will get in this scenario.
Boons:
Werewolf ’s Resilience:
(1 box)
Ashava has granted you the ability to call upon a lesser form of her blessing again in the future. You can check the box that precedes this boon to gain DR 5/silver for a number of rounds equal to your character level. If you also have the Celestial Lycanthropy boon, checking the box that precedes this boon also grants the benefits of Celestial Lycanthropy.
Dancer’s starknife (Aura moderate transmutation; CL 7th; Slot —; Price 16,324 gp): A dancer’s starknife is a +1 returning starknife that allows its wielder to cast dispel magic (CL 7th) as a standard action once per day. If the dispel attempt succeeds, the magic surges into the starknife. At any time in the next 24 hours, the wielder can unleash this energy to make a ranged touch attack as a standard action that deals 1d6 points of force damage for every spell level of the dispelled effect (minimum 1d6) with a range of 100 feet. A dancer’s starknife can be augmented with further enhancements—treat it as a +2 weapon with a price of 8,000 gp when determining the additional cost.
