While Menya seems interested in the items in question, he balks at the initial price set. I could find these things in town for far cheaper and better quality even!
You have two options: You can sell this lot at 40% value (10% less than you would normally get) or attempt to find a different buyer. Even if the other buyer isn't a perfect mark, you could still convince them with a DC 25 diplomacy check.
Almathea
A 10% loss is still better than the 25% one that we were looking at on the open market. Almathea is ok with selling to this person and then hoping to do better with the rest of our lots.
Game Master Listener
You successfully convince another party to purchase the lot. Given the mix of ancient weaponry, magical items, and expertly made items, it wasn't too hard to find others looking to buy. But it did take some expert work on the part of Erei, with the help of Nevai to convince them of the price. Leto interjected trying to explain that some of the items were of particularly good quality, but came across as a little too desperate to sell. (Not quite his intent, but the buyers were reading his cues incorrectly.) Luckily, Nevai was able to pull him aside as Erei redirected the conversation.
You may sell all of the weapons and armor for normal sale value. What's next? On a related note: Is Almathea taking the masterwork darkwood staff or the magical darkwood staff?
Almathea
I'll take the magical darkwood staff.
Also, I never rolled again to figure out that magical apple:

I suggest we keep the healing potions, the scroll on invisibility, the wand of scorching ray, halt undead, knock and detect secret doors.
Might all come in very handy either as backup or help. Potion of bulls strength is a good backup untill the characters in question can afford a STR belt as well.
Setesh Bantling
Re-posting here for clarity: Each PC's share of the sold loot is 2092.85gp.
I would suggest that we each 'buy in' on another Wand of CLW.
For myself, I am on the look-out for a suit of magical full plate.
Question: Since we are selling for 50%, does that mean at the auction we are also *buying* at 50%?
Leto V. Derexhi
Leto has a cloak of resistance +1 and a mw longbow with STR 3 now as well as 2504gp. I´m all for the wand of CLW. Later we can get a CMW i think. Also we could think about scrolls/potions of cure disease and lesser restoration. Leto would look to get his bow enchanted and a mw melee weapon for backup.
Nevai Alaro
During the auction, Nevai helped the others convince prospective buyers of the value of what they had for sale. With their artifacts sold, Nevai browsed the the wares of the other explorers, but found little that interested him. As he prepared to leave, a shiny glint caught his eye, and he stopped to look more closely. After some brisk haggling, Nevai happily walked away with a well worn, but intricately worked silver holy symbol of Horus hung about his neck.
Game Master Listener
Setesh finds an absolutely ancient set of magical full plate that doesn't look from this area at all. You're not entirely sure of the origin, but the suit is intricately wrought with cosmic symbols, shooting stars and moons in various states.
Leto finds a a merchant willing to enchant his bow (over the last few days) and at the auction digs up a well made cloak. It has no pattern and is surprisingly simple, but sturdy and of exceptional quality. (And, of course enchanted.) He also managed to find an old temple sword that just needs some work repairing the hilt. New leather and it'll be good as new, and the blade itself has held its sharpness for what you imagine has been centuries given the style.
Almathea finds a group selling clothing from an old mansion that they explored that are oddly well maintained. Among the many dresses is a very vibrant colored headscarf with a strong magical enchantment.

As the auction winds down and the attendees mill about, some are paying for their purchases and some are already gloating over their acquisitions. Suddenly a frantic pounding comes from The Canny Jackal’s front door. Two servants move to open the doors and they burst open, leaving one of the servants trapped under part of the heavy wooden door. The other servant is trampled under a horde of creatures whose torn clothes and rotting flesh clearly identify them as zombies.
The other guests at the auction panic and attempt to flee, running to and fro attempting to find a way out of the auction house. You see several run back into the storage rooms hoping to hide there. Others are just frozen in fear.
If you had to guess, you'd say there are at least a dozen zombies trying to force their way into the hall. Perhaps even double that.
I've added a map to the campaign tab. You can be anywhere in the hall you'd like. The zombies are currently only barely in the room and clogging up the doors.

Assam had gotten rather comfortable toward the back of the auction house, having seen little to draw his attention beyond the garish, treasure seeking merchants purchasing trinkets. There had been little of true value, Sarenrae be blessed.
Assam had almost thought about stepping out to seek out a meal when the doors burst open, a horde of the walking dead pouring through. Blast, where did they come from? Little time to determine now, once they are all dispatched perhaps...
Stepping forward, Assam draws his mighty blade, cleaving into the nearest zombie.

Three of four zombies fall in a puddle of grease in the westernmost doorway. The last still being pushed from behind tries to progress forward over its prone fellows and is pushed down by the throng.
Leto, rarely caught by surprise, let's loose with an arrow that slices through one of the zombies, nearly taking its head off. Unfortunately, zombies don't appear to need their heads...for much. Assam steps forward and cuts one of the zombies down as Setesh pushes into the crowd and nearly disembowels another.
Will Save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Nevai, never one to stand for undead causing havoc, calls forth the power of his god. The zombies that Setesh and Leto previously injured simply turn into dust as other zombies crash through them. The rest of walking dead hesitate in the light a moment, then start crashing forward again.

As the group tries to stem the tide of the wall of bodies, hacking away and poking with your weapons, you feel that despite the ease of which you fell one of the monsters, the press of bodies is about to overwhelm you. You hear Nevai shout behind you and a flash of light once more washes over you and the zombies. Their bodies turn to dust and the rags that clothed them slowly drift to the ground. Suddenly the hall falls silent.
The other guests at the auction poke their heads up from where they are hiding. Suddenly, you hear a crash from outside. Those of you in the doorway see that the awning out front has collapsed. You hear a loud scream come from outside and a bit of commotion.
