Kegan takes the key, softly muttering to himself "Must be something this key fits!"

If needed, he will go all around the building trying to find a way in. I'm assuming when you say that the doors are barred from the inside that there is no way to unlock them from our side.

Not entirely sure, but it sounds like Einn is with me with Kegan and Bumi above up on the ledge? Key has been found that goes to an unknown door, and have yet to hear from Steve?

Furthermore, not sure how to "Move" the boat with the map? Idealistically I just want to move the boat as best I can at a steady pace to find any doors underneath the Pelican Warehouse, allowing chance for Steve to join in the boat should he so choose to do so.

Darting illumination comes from light reflecting off the water through a splintered hole in the floor. (Zot - you are correct and are not Diseased)

Now that the fight is over, you have time to look around and take stock of the situation.

DC 10 Perception Check:
A crane, used for loading and unloading boats, clings to a rail running the length of the warehouse, hanging 5 feet below the high ceiling, and can slide out to extend past the loading doors.

You also notice that crates all along the walls have a plethora of other items, including but not limited to: old/warm beer, blocks of clay, coffee, coils of rope, dried fish, lead ingots, nails, nets, raw cotton, rough wool, spare sails, timber planks, various pulleys and tools, and cheap weapons (any non-masterwork Simple weapon from the Core Rulebook)

DC 15 Perception Check:
The crate you're after looks moderately sturdy, so it might survive falling into the water, which you can tell is about 15 feet deep. However, it is not watertight, and as such you think you might only have 2-3 rounds to get it out of the water before the items you're after are destroyed.

DC 10 Knowledge Engineering Check (can be done untrained):
You think you can use ropes and nets from the warehouse’s crates to rig the crane and snatch up the crate, but a character must venture out onto the teetering beams to tie the knots and secure the crate to the harness.

This would require an Acrobatics check to work near the crate and a Knowledge Engineering or Dexterity check to operate the crane.

DC 15 Knowledge Engineering or DC 17 Intelligence Check if you want hints for options:

• A PC strong enough to lift the 200-pound crate could be suspended by the crane and positioned over the crate (Dex/Engineering to operate the crane, Str check from the lifter).
• The PCs can throw a rope with a hook at the handholds to secure the crate from afar. Treat this as a thrown weapon with a range increment of 10 feet targeting AC 10 (Ranged Attack followed by Engineering/Dex to operate the crane).
• The PCs could also borrow the boat docked outside and simply collapse the floor, dropping the crate safely onto the deck of the boat. (would require CMB and/or Acrobatics checks up top and Profession Sailor or Survival in the boat).
• The PCs can use the timber and tools from elsewhere in the warehouse to brace the floor and slide the crate to firm ground (Engineering or Survival or Craft/Profession related to Carpentry).

Kegan takes a moment to look around before asking "Should we hang a net under the box before we try to retrieve it? Make sure it doesn't go in the drink."

"We seem to be surrounded by a wide variety of tools that could help us in this situation, thankfully Einn moved the boat just under the planks for the goods to be safe." Zot would ponder aloud, looking through the crates and pulling out some of the ropes, pulleys, and taking a note from Bumi while checking the safety of some of the food and coffee, casting purify food and drink of anything worth of note.

"That being said this truly is an odd situation. I will fall to everyone's else's better judgment here." Zot would say, trying to help unravel the rope to keep it from tangling up and easier for others to use.

While Zot is untangling the rope, Kegan finds the biggest cargo net he can. He moves the two crates that were near the battle out of the way. He then opens the loading doors and after checking exactly where the rear of the boat is tosses the carcasses into the water.

Once he is satisfied, he carefully makes his way to the other side of the hole and calls out "Ties the rope to the net and then throw the other end here!"

Acro to balance as he goes around the hole: 10 + 7 = 17

Without looking away from what he is doing, Kegan calls down "Should be big enough. It looks to be just the one box out on the planks over the hole. If it accidentally falls, best fish it out quick!"

Bumi at this point will partake of some beer and try and help Kegan out , hoping the Croco-man can retrieve the box and/or the dwarf when the inevitable happens.

Smiling as he steadies the crate, Kegan says "Let's try using that crane now."

Looking between Bumi and Zot, he asks "Which of you can figure out how to work it?"

Kegan will try to steady the crate while someone else maneuvers the crane.

Would it be possible to substitute my Profession (Cook) in dealing with big bags of Potatoes and the like? Either way I don't have many other options with a negative Dex, Lets see what we can do...

Zot would look despairingly around the room, not sure what all he could help with. Taking what was left of the rope and hook still available, Zot would use another round of Agile Feet (4 rounds remaining) to expedite his efforts without causing due harm to the planks (negating any need for acrobatics checks, How lucky!).

"May Desna make my throw strike true!" Zot would proclaim, taking the hook and throwing it so as to hopefully grab a hold of the crate.

Ranged (touch?) attack, DC 10: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (19) - 1 = 18

Pulling the rope and hook tight, Zot would attempt to tether the rope nice and steady, "I wouldn't press lady luck any further, I'm not exactly great at this. Who all else can help guide this further!?"
