Planning on pretty much stock Pathfinder, limited house rules.
Kingmaker makes significant use of the downtime and kingdom building rules, so you should become familiar with them as the campaign progress, but not needed for the first couple of levels.
I will awards Hero Points for good role-play.
I will probably adjust item crafting rules at some point; at least if they start getting out of hand. If it comes up, we'll chat about what's fair in the discussion thread.
On Evil Characters:
The party needs to work together. To me this means neutral or good characters.
