Pavok Kor'tell |

Round 3
Hearing his friends cries for help he moves to block the enemies after Arik, and slashes at the bird man.
"By Torag's might I will not let you pass me!"
So did a move action I know will provoke from that one I was fighting.
Attack w/ scimatar on the birdman that was attacking Arik:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Damage:1d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Mhykir |

I'm having trouble visualising where everyone is, I have shard explosion which works in a 10ft radius, reflex save for half. Is there anywhere Mhykir can go without killing himself with attacks of opportunity and get multiple baddies and none of his friends? If so, he does that for the following damage, and the terrain is considered difficult for the next round, otherwise his action is as follows.
Shard Explosion:1d6 ⇒ 4
Mhykir sees Faznir goes down, and makes his way to him, laying his hands on Faznir he calls out to the gods for healing.
Cure Light Wounds1d8 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Shanosuke |

Unfortunately Samal is proving quite useless as she is still blind and stunned.
Since Faznir takes a -3 to his dice roll per rules of dying, he fails his stability check he is now at a -4.
Pavok moves in This happens before Arik's turn so Pavok gets a flank bonus and scores a strong hit on the birdman attack Arik.
Sigh. Jen and her freakish tactic scare me. Jen manages to put BOTH of the Anubites attacking Arik to sleep and whiskers.......kills one of the oversized really tough dog men.......that stupid cat is starting to scare them.....and me.
Mhkyir moves to aid Faznir. Sorry there is no "grouping" of badguys at the moment. There is a birdman still standing near Faznir. You hit him with your spell/ability thing.
Faznir has been healed and is back on his feet with 4hp
Again Mus'ad swings at misses but Al Gasreed, a really well trained warrior, kills the Anubite he is biting with ease. Mus'ad's own steed is showing him up.
The Anubite and Birdman that were originally attack Pavok before he rushed to Arik's aid rush after him. Both score hits thanks to flanking bonuses for a combined total of 10 damage.
Arik goes into a rage and moves back.
The birdman near Faznir and Mhkyir tries to spear him. The attack misses....horribly.
Pavoks movement provokes but the Anubite and the Birdman both miss.
The birdman near Arik attacks Pavok and actually scores a hit for 7 damage. I believe this is Pavok's first official hit.
The Anubite attacks Mus'ad and misses.
Round three layout
-4 Anubites are dead, 1 is sleeping and one is attacking Pavok and the other is attacking Mus'ad and 1 just vanished into thin air as though it was never there.
-1 Birdman is dead, 2 are unconscious, 2 are hurt, one is uninjured
-2 Birdmen are on Pavok, one is on Mhkyir The remaing
[ooc]I apologize. There was a slight error in my counting of Anubites. I made there eight when there are suppose to be six. Bad Gming on my part. I haven't had the time to properly track this battle. I wish I could make a battle map. I appreciate your patience with me.
Okay, The Round Three Layout is accurate cause I set up a table. Go to round 4.

Arik Bryn |

Round 4
"Mus'ad! Help Pavok!"
Arik, against his better judgment, leaps back into the fray after seeing his friend wounded.
He slams into his foes, trying to push them away from Pavok.
Bull rush as many foes away as possible.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
I'm starting to get irritated. This character has not rolled more than one hit this entire game. I'm totally useless in battle so far. Sorry guys...

Jen the Infernal Bastard |

Well, multiclass characters take a bit to start up. It'll start kicking soon!
And Shanosuke, did my camel do that coup de grace that I asked it to or is that not allowed?
Jen uses the slumber hex on the birdman attacking Mhykir (DC 15 Will save or falls asleep). Whisker's coup de grace's the sleeping person leftover from the sleep spell (6 damage, DC 16 Fort save or die). She prods the camel to coup de grace the one attacking Mhykir if it has been put asleep or just charge him if it isn't.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14: Attack
1d4 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8: Damage (One times this for the attack, two times if it is a coup de grace)
DC 26 fort save or die for this one, if it's a coup de grace

Shanosuke |

I have a real hard time picturing mounts attacking anything if ordered so....My ruling is that unless it is an animal companion, or an attack animal, it wont attack without a rider or a handle animal check. That may not be what the rules say but this is how I am going to run it. It just doesn't look right in my head when an unridden mount attacks.

Pavok Kor'tell |

Round 4
Pavok gives a knowing smile to his friend, ”Come on my friend the Forge Father wouldn’t allow us to fall to these unworthy beasts! “ he follows that with a loud roar trying to get all there attention him as he swings his scimitar into the birdman’s chest. He tries to follow it up with stabbing his pick into the next creature loses his grip on the weapon and drops it on the ground. Then his newly free hand starts glow as it releases positive energy into Pavok healing his wound.
Scimitar attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Lt. Pick attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Crit Confirm:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Damage from scimitar:1d6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Lay on hands on myself:1d6 ⇒ 2

Mus'ad |

Round 4:
Giving Al Gasreed a congratulatory kick to the ribs, Mus'ad urges him onwards to fell the other Anubite threatening them.
Curve Blade: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9 for 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
Camel Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 for 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 And continues to be shown up by his camel :)

Shanosuke |

Okay, Results time.
Faznir is healed and Standing but has chosen not to take action this round :P
Pavok cuts down the Birdman fighting him and Arik.
Jen puts the birdman before Mhkyir asleep. Whiskers kills another Anubite.
The Camel however, refuses to listen to her and simply spits on the ground at her feet. Just curious, what is your Handle Animal skill at and how many ranks do you have in it?
The Birdman before Mhkyir falls alseep just before he hits it with the rock. I added all the damage to save time He kills the helpless Birdman YAY
Mus'ad swings wildly again. Al Gasreed just sighs and bites the anubite with ease and shows it to Mus'ad. This is how it's done. Is the look Al Gasreed give Mus'ad
Arik.......yeah moving on.
THREE BIRDMEN AND ONE ANUBITE LEFT!!!
Two of the birdmen are still unconscious.
One birdman is hovering around Pavok and Arik and the Anubite is on Mus'ad.
Time for what I hope is the last round, have fun

Jen the Infernal Bastard |

I have no handle animal skill and no ranks. So +0. I usually only write it down on the character sheet when I have ranks or misc bonuses. Otherwise it just keys off my attributes.
Jen uses slumber hex on the birdman hovering around Pavok (DC 15 Save), hopefully finishing off the last one. She prods the camel to coup de grace one of the unconscious birdmen. (50/50 chance, whee)
1d20 ⇒ 3
If it does do it, damage:
1d4 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9 times two And DC 10 + Damage Dealt Fort save or die
Whiskers takes out the other birdman unconscious, dealing 6 damage and, DC 16 Fort save or die

Pavok Kor'tell |

Round 5
Pavok quickly draws a dagger in his free hand and lets loose a flurry of two blades onto the birdman.
Scimitar attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Dagger attack:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Crit Confirm:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Scimitar damage:1d6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Dagger damage:1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Mus'ad |

Mus'ad grimaces at his continued poor form, and seeks to put down the final Anubite.
Curve Blade: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 for 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Camel Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 for 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Emitting a triumphant "Hah!" as the blade finally finds flesh.

Jen the Infernal Bastard |

Jen heads over to Arik and uses cure light wounds.
1d8 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
So Musad, I've heard tales of cats being more powerful than commoners, but I didn't expect a cat to be more powerful than a trained horseman. I guess we all have our days.
I think Whiskers here was the champion of the battle! She strokes him lightly.

Pavok Kor'tell |

I say hold off on the last one myself, but it sounds like I might be out voted.
Pavok moves to Arik as well, "You fought hard my friend, now its time for you to rest." With that he pats his friend on the shoulder then moves to retrieve his pick and start his ritual of the Forged Blade march by going over to the two enemies he killed laying down his scimitar and dagger on each of the corpses. He says a short prayer and takes a weapon from each. Then moves back to the group after he finishes.
Lay on hands on Arik, your healed 1d6 ⇒ 6
And Shanosuke what were they armed with?

Pavok Kor'tell |

After Pavok finishes his prayers, he notices Faznir still really hurt and uses his lay on hands on him. "Sorry about that my friend thought Mykir had healed you." Pavok gives an embarrassed smile after he finishes his sentence.
Faznir healed 1d6 ⇒ 5
Then he will move to Samal and check on her, "Are you alright my dear did they hurt you?"

Shanosuke |

Speaking of Classes, this encounter will enable you to level. Welcome Everyone to LEVEL 3!! This ought ta give you something to do in the meantime. I will post loot and other stuff in the morning. Right now I need to attend to my other campaigns before bedtime. Thank you for your understanding.

Mhykir |

After the battle, Mhykir moves through the camp tending their wounds, any who are in need of healing he places his hand on the wound and calls out to the gods for mercy, then handing them his waterskin (which he keeps topped up at all times with fresh clean water as per create water) he urges them to drink deep, before moving on to the next person.
Anyone who wants some healz roll yourself 1d8+3, I've got 6 of 'em to hand out and they get topped up in the morning, so don't be shy.

Shanosuke |

Sorry for the absence. I have been away from my computer for much of the past two days and thus away from some of the detailed info I needed to post. Been posting from my phone mostly lol. Making up stuff by the seat of my pants without my notes present.
There are six longspears
There are six Scimitars
Six Falchions
Six sets of wood armor
Six sets of Leather
No gold but 326 Rupia
I have not been givin a complete vote on weather or not you wanted to spare the last birdman so I am going to follow through with the last of the round actions. Which leaves the birdman dead. Your camp is now surrounded by corpses. Fun
Let me know when you all head back to bed and we will move on from there.

Jen the Infernal Bastard |

Jen sits down and uses create water to start wiping off the blood and gore from Whisker's claws. She lifts him up and tickles his belly.
Who's a good cat? You're a good cat.
Then she picks him up and heads back into the tent.
Wonder what's going to happen with Samal and Faznir

Pavok Kor'tell |

Pavok takes a scimatar and a longspear from his fallen enemies.
"You distracted many of them in the begining, you did good your first battle with your new friends. Our first was a little rough as well, I remember I throw a few of my weapons on the ground like I did here." He gives her a friendly smile and a light chuckle at his mistake.

Shanosuke |

Samal accepts the excuse and the night goes on without further incident.
The next day you journey and come to a 300ft ravine with a rickety looking bridge connecting both sides. There seems to be no visible way to go around. Do you cross the bridge? I need a vote from at least four of you before we proceed.

Arik Bryn |

I say we cross one at a time, if we have to cross at all."
By the way, I took another level of monk and got my first of many styles! My character sheet is updated with the changes.
Also, We have received a bit of money in out travels, who's holding on to it? Arik needs to know who to go to if he ever finds the need to spend any: an unlikely event to be sure.
