Sven is unsure whether to believe the stag or not, but has never tried to 'read' such a creature before, so he's at a bit of a loss. Most of the conversation is spent with him looking around at the others, making sure that he is not the only one that hears the creature speaking!

Now we were attacked yesterday evening by small faeries and we did defend ourselves, but we were attacked first. "Tell me great one. Why the deception? You are not even talking to us. You, the creature on it's back, reveal yourself." he says planting his feet on the ground and not doing any mention to leave the place.

I'm prepared to respond with violence, if it comes to it. I'll not attack first, but I'll defend myself.

Hassan:
This spell causes instant diminution of a humanoid creature, halving its height, length, and width and dividing its weight by 8. This decrease changes the creature's size category to the next smaller one. The target gains a +2 size bonus to Dexterity, a –2 size penalty to Strength (to a minimum of 1), and a +1 bonus on attack rolls and AC due to its reduced size. Also, weapons do one size category less damage die.

Given what happened with Hassan's size and the fairy's slumber, I'd like to retcon my Round 3, if it please you.

Round 3

Shrunken to halfling size, Hassan is still focused on combat, and not worried about the shrinkage for now.

He sees the fairy fall, asleep near him, and moves to end it before it awakens, leaving the deer to the others. Dropping his bow, he walks the 20' in the snow to the side of the fallen fairie, drawing his scimitar i the process.

Will try to CdG, next round, provided he's still asleep or at least give him AoO if he awakens and moves this round.

I'll still go with the move to get CdG, next turn swallowing the AoO in the process for Round 3. I was confused, but the opportunity to end an enemy while asleep is too good to pass up.

Round 4 (if I'm still alive)

Shrunken Hassan takes a mighty chop at the sleeping faerie trying to end while it rests.

The trio indicates the path and further down the path you were traveling on.

Perception DC 17:
One of the men is wearing what looks like a Taldan Noble's Tabard. It is underneath his soiled winter gear as if to provide another layer of clothing.

Hp 9/9 AC 2 Paralyze/Poison 10 (+4), Rod/Staff/Wand 14 (+4), Petrify/Polymorph 13, Breath Weapon 16, Spells 15 (+4) Surprise +2
