I'll just assume that you exclude some squares and not blast Chuffy in your bomb area
As you loot the body you find a (medium sized) morningstar, but she wasn't carrying anything else on her

You need to climb up to get to the nest, but given some trial and error, some assistance and some leg pulling when someone other then you gets closer to to the top then you do you ultimately make it up there.
There is an large nest made up out of straw and limbs
You find a leather satchel hidden. It contains; the following items: a piece of polished red coral (worth 200 gp), a rolled-up portrait of an old man and his dog (worth 50 gp), a jade egg (worth 150 gp), a bottle with some liquid (magic if detected), piece of paper (also magic), another piece of paper (also magic) a stick (magical), and a box containing small smelly sticks (incense - also magical)

As you climb down you search around for a bit and then Squeely picks up the scent of some nearby truffles ..you follow the pig to the big tree in the center of the field and start to dig around for the biggest truffles..then as you are busy you notice one of the biggest vines near the tree slightly moving out of the corner of your eye as it makes it's way from where it was to somewhere very close to you....

This creature is an assassin vine, a semimobile plant that collects its own grisly fertilizer.
Though unable to move at any great speed, these plants have a large reach and are dangerous enemies. As well as being capable of dealing nasty blows with the trunk of their vine, the construction of these vines allow them to grab and strangle their victims with ease. If you made an even higher DC I'll give you more information

@Poog, from your current location you also include Chuffy in your burst. I'll assume that you don't intend to include yourself. But since you don't have selective channeling it means you hurt everyone in your area ..since nobody else has done anything yet I'm fine with you chancing your action/location..but otherwise Chuffy also needs a will save

Reta realizing that standing this close to an enemy would leave her open to being attacked takes a step back I'd assume since your next to an enemy?and finds out that the vine has a lot more reach then she thought
AAO vs Reta AC: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
but luckily she's hard to hit, being the small dodgy target that she is, but having to dodge to the side throws of her aim and she ends up shooting her arrow into a nearby tree instead of her intended target.

No problem..I'had one of those myself today... Just glad to see everyone is still around

To hit AC Chuffy: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
but manages to get away unscathed. He then shoots his crossbow and manages to hit the plant drawing some...sap.

Mogmurch seeing Chuffy backing away also withdraws to a saver distance.
The vine creeps forward and tries to wrap itself around Reta's legs before trying to move further up her body

@Mogmurch, the will save was vs Poogs channel and only Chuffy was included in the area. You were outside the range, so no effect for you
Chuffy moves behind a rock and continues to use his highly effective crossbow hitting the plant in the soft(er) parts and causing his bolt to stick inside it.
Moving back Greta knocks another arrow, but unable to distinguish between a moving plant and a non-moving tree ends up logging her arrow inside the bark of the tree that the vine was wrapped around.
Save away Mogmurch lobs a bomb at the plant. A fiery explosion fills the field and after you blink your eyes and see clearly again you see some smoke rising up in the air from various burn marks on the plant.
The plant slowly creeps after Reta and tries to wrap around her legs, trying to prevent her from moving away.
To hit AC Reta: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
But Reta is far too agile to be tied like that.

The combined force of Mogmurch's bomb and Greta's arrow make short work of the vine.
After making sure the plant is real dead - by use of excessive hacking the thing into tiny, tiny pieces you remember what you were doing here...searching for truffles

Chuffy doesn't manage to find any truffles, while Mogmurch and Reta pick their noses and all though they do find _something_ it's not enough to hold a feast for a hungry goblin tribe but luckily Poog manages to find

You return to the tribe expecting to be feted, cheered, and sung about. However, when you reach the clearing, you come upon a scene of chaos.
Shouts and screams pierce the air surrounding the Birdcruncher cave. The smell of the feast is... different. Mixed into the scent is a greasy smell peppered with burning wood, straw, and sulfur. The smell might even be goblin—cooking goblin. All of the preparations are in shambles. The tables are overturned, the cook pots have been knocked over, and the goblin dog pens are on fire.
An enormous hodgepodge of parts stumbles about, trying to kill anything within reach and erupting with sparks and fire as various fireworks explode from within its makeshift body. (see picture).
A fleeing goblin clamps you down and tells you:
"It started slowly enough. At first, some of the nearby goblins thought their eyes were playing tricks on them when another goblin claimed the statue moved. Others said they heard voices talking about eating their tender, green f lesh. Some of the goblins chose not to say anything, thinking that it was a chieftain trick and the big bosses were actually keeping an eye on the tribe while they were away to make sure none of the dumb goblins messed things up too much—or sat in their throne-chairs! But then it started to move and smash" before continuing to run away into the woods.
This is a animated construct. It looks to be made out of some very hard materials (hardness). More info will depend on check result)

...before cursing loudly when the wand bursts into flame, tossing it aside as it rapidly chars into ash.

as the construct manages to dodge some of the explosion.
Reta draws an arrow and shoots at the thingy. She easily manages to hit the large lumbering thing but her arrow bounces of it's though metal middle without causing the normal harm Reta expects from her arrow when they hit small prey It has hardness

I don't think you can use a grappling hook for a trip attack and the grapple only triggers on a crit....but in order to have fun and because it sort of makes sense...let's go with a CMB vs the constructs CMD to try to entangle its legs..and if that works you can try to trip him the round after if it doesn't break the rope before then
Mogmurch goes fully on the defensive..scared of what is about to come.
The construct notices Chuffy moving closer and speeds up as it's limbs pump up and down and quickly moves towards Chuffy in a straight line - without stopping!.
It's trying to run over Chuffy and stomp him into pulp.
It's going for a trample, you can either make an AOO against it at a -4 penalty..or make a reflex save to try to avoid it
Trample damage vs Chuffy: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10 (reflex save DC 18 for half - you have evasion ..so that would be for no damage)
All around the construct fireworks explode and sparks fly..some landing on the ground and creating puffs of smoke and small crates and one large missile heads towards Chuffy
Fireworks damage vs Chuffy: 2d5 ⇒ (4, 1) = 5 DC 15 reflex save for half damage (none due to evasion)

He then tries to tangle up the creatures leg with the rope cmb to entangle: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20 and Squeals in delight as it appears to work
Its ok was trying to improvise something that might work vs I stab the construct with my dogslicer with no flanking

Poog lets out some oohs and aahs of appreciation at the fireworks display, then downs his Elixir of Fire Breath, so that he can join in the fun!
Grabbing another arrow, this one those with a dark head Greta shoots again. This type of arrow hits a lot deeper then her previous shot one.
Chuffy tries to tangle up the creatures leg with the rope and just barely manages to get his swung rope to go around the things legs
Using his last bomb Mogmurch happily throws it at the ugly hitting the thing in the pumkpin head and causing even more fiery explosions all around it.
The thing ignores the rope around his legs and stars to wail it's fists at Chuffy
to hit AC Chuffy: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 9 - 2 = 21
to hit AC Chuffy: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (3) + 9 - 2 = 10
and even hindered by the rope around it's body manages to hit Chuffy once with a flaming fist
Slam damage Chuffy: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12 + Fire damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
and reflex save vs DC 12 or be set on fire for 1d4 ⇒ 3 rounds - or until put out.
Mean while the fiery explosions around Chuffy distract him and he jumps into the path of a bottle rocket

Poog steps forward, and vomits a great gout of flame at the construct.
Reflex: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (10) - 1 = 9
..which hindered by the ropes binding it the thing is unable to avoid. The ropes start to smolder and blacken and look like they won't be able to hold him much longer.
After Chuffy gets clubbed on the head he is send spinning but manages to use his movement to put out the flames that start to take hold of his clothes, but his head is still ringing from the solid blow.
As he tries to dance around the construct he quickly finds out that the rope is slowing the creature down..just barely enough for him to avoid getting another slam aimed his way. But then he stabs his sword into the hard underside of the thing to find out...that his little goblin muscles just are not powerful enough to get through the things though shell Doesn't get through hardness
