I still have half my spells, and half my fervor left, so I'm fine with pushing on same day. However, if others need to rest first, I'm okay with that, too. I just worry about attracting unwanted attention...

Agreed, but I'm out of spells, about half on other stuff and it seems like we'd be starting out pretty late (wasn't it already evening when we got to the fight?)-but maybe not as much time has passed as I think. Or we may have decided to travel at night and rest during the heat of the day due to the desert.
Whatever the group wants to do is fine.

Point of information, obscuring mist has been cast, obscuring all vision beyond 5 feet for 20 feet in every direction from Balthazar's current location.
Meaning, if Green and Yellow want to use their crossbows, they're essentially firing blind, and thus both Balthazar and Wilhimina will benefit from a 50% miss chance.

The end of part 1 you're on your way, and part 2 starts up with you're several days northwest of Bloodcove. At the end, it was a note the Aspis were behind you, so you need to keep moving.
However, as it is a few days you will have all of your spells back.

Ok, so all spells and x/day items reset, but we would not have had opportunity to go buy things like healy wands and silly hats.
