Map is up. Because you were all ready, you can take a surprise action. Attack, cast a spell etc. You can NOT move, they are on you too fast. Praxim you are off the map 60' from the barn opening, per your post. State specifically which one you take an AoO against, etc., they are labeled. Then they will go, then we roll Init for the first round, add your roll as part of your surprise round post. Good Luck.

Lym Blackhand |

Lym hurriedly casts a spell at one of the two foremost Ogrekin, leaving the others for her companions to mop up.
'I should have told Kellen and Thordak to keep out of Fireball range!' she chides herself as she chants the words: "Ignem iubeo!"
Two rays of searing, sizzling heat fly forth to strike the mutant creature...
Scorching ray on Ogrekin 1 (Bottom left forward Ogrekin; those numbers are pretty small.) Ranged touch attack #1 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19 for 4d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 3, 5, 5) + 2 = 19 fire damage. Ranged touch attack #2 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17 for 4d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 4, 5, 3) + 2 = 20 fire damage.

Kellen Wrensler |

Kellen attempts to disable Ogre #4 from his hidden perspective.
Falcata: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Dagger: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
Falcata(Hasted): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
Damage-Sword: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Damage-Dagger: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Damage-Sword: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Sneak Attack damage(if applicable): 3d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 1) = 9
One additional damage point this round for bleeding effect.
Initiative for the first round: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Figures the best roll is for initiative now! FYI - With hasted effect, AC should be 22

Praxim |

If this is a surprise round, do we just get one attack?
Arrow at Ogrekin 1: 1d20 + 14 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 14 + 1 + 2 = 33
Damage: 1d8 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2d6 ⇒ (7) + 2 + 2 + 2 + (6, 3) = 22
Praxim sends one arrow into the burns just inflicted by Lym.
Initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

Kellen Wrensler |

If this is a surprise round, do we just get one attack?
I stand corrected - haste effect only applies to full action rounds. Surprise action is a standard action. Unless DM rules otherwise, my third attack is null and void. Apologies for any confusion on my part

Tomaru |

Tomaru beseeches Desna for good luck for his allies and bad luck for his enemies.
Prayer: You and each of your allies gain a +1 luck bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saves, and skill checks, while each of your foes takes a –1 penalty on such rolls.
Concentration 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26

Thordak Ironheart |

If you look up about 8 or 10 posts(or more), it was Rhianni's readied action to cast haste.
Thordak doesn't hesitate to swing at the last giant to leave the building, allowing the others to concentrate on the initial ones.
Attack #3
vs. Giants(TH)
+1 Dwarven Longaxe w/PA: 1d20 + 9 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 9 + 4 + 1 = 30
Damage: 1d12 + 11 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 11 + 3 + 1 = 26
AC 27; Hp's 88/88
Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9

Old Guy GM |

When did we get hasted?
Oops, my phone tried to auto-correct me to "when did we get basted". Not so pleasant, given our current foes
ROFLMAO!! Basted is the best you could hope for with these creatures, you'll see soon enough.
Yes, Rhianni was setting to cast haste, so we will go with that as her action. Obviously, as her surprise round action, it will start in round one.
Old Guy GM |

The first ogre-kin has a huge right arm, with a vestigial third arm growing from the elbow. It's hit by arrows from Praxim and Shalelu, followed by Lym's fire spell, it stumbles a few steps, three arms waving wildly at the flames, then dies.
Kellen, surprised by the speed and ferocity of the attack, misses his swing. On the other end of the scale, Thordak is well versed in giant attacks and is ready, when his chance comes. His longaxe takes the ogre-kin, this one with ropy tendrils of fat around its belly and legs, full in the back, causing it to howl in pain and whirl about.
Tomaru gets his Prayer off, As does Rhianni with her Haste.
Map updated. Init Order:
Kellen, Praxim, Tomaru.
Ogrekin
Thordak, Rhianni, Lym, Shalelu
You have Haste and Prayer.

Praxim |

Praxim takes a five foot step forward, draws a bead on number 5, and grins as death ensues.
Arrow 1: 1d20 + 14 + 1 + 2 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (13) + 14 + 1 + 2 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 30 PBS, giant bane, haste, bgh, rapid
Damage: 1d8 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 2d6 ⇒ (8) + 2 + 1 + 2 + 2 + (4, 4) = 23 str, PBS, giant bane, bgh, giant bane
Arrow 2: 1d20 + 14 + 1 + 2 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 14 + 1 + 2 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 37

23, 47, 43, 19
If Ogrekin 5 goes down before he's finished, he directs the rest at the one Kellen missed.
Edit: oops, missed prayer. Increase all attack rolls by 1, and the damage by 1 (or 3 for the two crits).

Kellen Wrensler |

"Jig's up." Kellen mutters. Back against the bard, he steels himself for the attack.
Falcata: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 + 1 = 12
Dagger: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 + 1 = 15

Damage-Dagger: 1d4 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 = 3
Damage-Sword: 1d8 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 1 = 10

Tomaru |

Prayer: +/-1 on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saves, and skill checks.
Tomaru steps back to put some distance between him and the ugly, berserking, inbred, clan. He begins casting.
[5' step and Cast Summon Monster III]

Lym Blackhand |

Lym spots the Ogrekin closest to Rhianni, grits her teeth, and fires off another spell: "Glaciem iubeo!" Two rays of blistering cold shoot forth from her hands to strike the mutant monster!
Freezing Ray! Ranged touch attack #1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22 for 4d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 2, 3, 6) + 2 = 17 cold damage. Ranged touch attack #2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 for 4d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 4, 3, 1) + 2 = 14 cold damage.

Praxim |

Freezing Ray! Ranged touch attack #1: 1d20+5 for 4d6+2 cold damage. Ranged touch attack #2: 1d20+5 for 4d6+2 cold damage.
Praxim just did up to 138 damage to that one, so hopefully it's down. Otherwise, they're in a spot of trouble...

Lym Blackhand |

In that case, Lym will shoot another one, whichever is closest to her and/or Rhianni. ^^;

That's it? Only 138? pshaw! I laugh at your 138 dmg!
Seriously, I'm checking your die roller for contamination...sheesh. ;)

Please do. Average damage would have been 158. Lot of low damage rolls that time. :(

Thordak Ironheart |

Critting once is one thing, but critting TWICE! And in the same set of rolls. That's just nasty. I'm just glad it was our side doing the critting. :)

Old Guy GM |

The ogrekin facing Thordak has legs that are half the size they should normally be, and with knees that bend in the wrong direction. It doesn't seem to affect its balance as it swings its spiked club at the dwarf with a roar. Thordak ducks one swing, only to be hit solidly by the second.
14 pts on Thordak
The creature facing Lym and Shalelu is a handsome brute - as ogrekin go. It eyes the elf with an inhuman lust. "Oi, the things Ima gonna do to you, pretty..." it growls as it drops it club and reaches for her, both arms getting nothing but air as she ducks under the grab.

Lym Blackhand |

"Nethys' scorched hand, that is disgusting!" Lym squeals as she backs up. "Rhianni, don't let them get close! Move!"

Tomaru |

Why do I even waste time trying to take the offense? That's four down in one and a half rounds. From now on, I'm just going to hang back and channel positive energy.

Thordak Ironheart |

Thordak takes the shot from the ogre with a grunt and a grin. "Nice one," he mocks as he then unloads a barrage of attacks on the giant.

Old Guy GM |

Three brutal strokes from the barbarian cut down the last of the ogrekin. The horror of their in-breeding is far more obvious now that they lay here dead.
The barn reeks of sweat, urine, and moonshine. You can see a rather large and dirty still in the right corner. There are two stairways leading up on either side of the barn. Each leads to a catwalk three stories above the ground. At the end of each catwalk is a large wooden door. The large double doors on the ground in front of you are closed and barred on this side.

Kellen Wrensler |

Kellen wipes some sweat from his brow and mutters: "Thought that was going to be a lot messier for me." He gives Thordak and Praxim an appreciating nod before moving into the barn.
Inside - seeing the doors, he asks in passing: "High road or low road?" before quietly making his way to the double doors and checking to see if he can make out anything (audibly or visibly) on the other side.
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26
Stealth: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13

Rhianni Verdani |

Rhianni looks across to Lymm and quietly says, "Such strong and fearsome defenders." then giggles a little before she replies to Kellen, "Upstairs, lets at least get the advantage of the high ground, should something dash out from the barred doors."

Lym Blackhand |

Lym scans the area ahead for signs of magic before she replies to Rhianni: "And glad I am to have them here. These creatures are horrific!"
Detect magic.

Old Guy GM |

Seeing as nothing is apparent at this door and at Rhianni's suggestion, Kellen turns and quietly makes his way up the left-hand stairs to the door. Checking to see if it is locked as well.
The door is not locked. It is a big door, large enough for an ogrekin to squeeze through, and made of the same rough construction as the rest of the barn.

Thordak Ironheart |

Following the rogue upstairs, "Well? Let's open the doors. We ain't gonna find nothing by not lookin'. You all ready?" Barring any objections from the others, Thordak will proceed to open the doors.

Lym Blackhand |

Lym follows after Rhianni, muttering a spell under her breath.
Mage Armour up.
