Longbow: 1d20 + 3 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (3) + 3 + 1 - 2 = 51d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 + 1 = 10
Getting a clear shot, Juliette decides to loose an arrow at one of the agents, however it seems her shot wasn't as clear as hoped.
Boros Black-Hand
Boros groans softly in exasperation as everyone closes in on the three thugs, inadvertently blocking his pistol's line of fire. Boros is momentarily at a loss for what to do, until 'twitchy-cloak' manages to shake of the effects of that heavy blow--with a bit of aid from the half-elf lass--and steps past the blinded thug and the mace-wielder, clearing a space for Boros in the process.
He wastes little time in moving to engage the thugs in melee, that being Boros' only recourse at the moment, and he takes a quick moment to evaluate which of the three targets would be best. Seeing the downed thug get pounced on by the small-folk lass brings a smile to his face, and he makes his choice between the remaining pair. He wastes little time in settling the mace-wielder as the bigger threat of the two, and prepares his rapier.
Move Action: Move two squares diagonal!y up-left, into the space vacated by Varuzhan.
Before attacking, however, Boros decides to add some insult to the impending injury. He flourishes his rapier in a mocking salute and speaks to the mace-wielding thug. "I thought about lettin' the lass there have a go at ya'," Boros says with a slight tilt of his head in the direction of the downed thug and his half-sized assailant. "But I decided to spare her the trouble of botherin' with an unwashed piece of rancid meat that wouldn't satisfy a rat." He concludes his insult with a sneer and a pointed glance at the thug's groin, making it obvious as to the sort of satisfaction Boros is referring to; he hadn't missed the thug's glances at the small-folk lass, particularly when the subject of an alternative to cash as a bribe was raised.
Standard Action: Attack with his rapier.
Melee Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Rapier Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Boros delivers a sound strike with his weapon, but can't get anything vital inside his target, much to his disappointment.
Nissim Siverto
Nissim gives the Asmodian on the ground his hard critical stare Evil Eye, DC 16, hoping to disconcert the man and make him less effective in combat. Targeting attack rolls.
GM Mordred
Evil Eye(R): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15 -2 on attacks(for remaining combat)
After the initial barrage of abilities unleashed on the poor Asmodeans, the group of would-be rebel liberators seems in disarray, with no clear coordination.
Varuzhan steps further forward after Lily healed him, but his swing fails to connect. Juliette attempts to shoot one of the thugs, but is afraid of hitting someone on her own side, and the arrow sails high over the heads, hitting the building wall just below the roof.
Nissim is content to stare at the one already prone, who feels watched in a very discomforting way, just as a small tiefling rushes at him, snapping at him with her fangs, but luckily not having the reach to connect without stepping into the grease.(you already included the +4@prone in your roll, if I interpreted correctly).
The only attack that actually connects is Boros's stab, delivered as the man was still trying to process the fast-talking containing an insult, but even that was only a glancing blow.
Feeling motivated by the fact your bark(Boros) seems to be worse than your bite(Miranda)... *cough* pun *cough*...they continue standing their ground against you.
Green shortly considers hitting the Strix again, but considering that the worthless half-bird had not managed to connect with an attack, but the rapier of the cocky man in front of him did draw blood, he instinctively knows who to hit.
Attack Green: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8 Boros -8HP
Red, under assault by a ferocious little Tiefling, threatened by another stabby man, and stared at by a creepy bombthrowing man, tries his luck remaining prone rather than risk getting his head bashed in trying to get up. He swings his Mace at Miranda's feet, trying to drop her off-balance as well, and succeeds, even though his hand comes dangerously close to her mouth...a chance she uses even as she falls herself.
Trip Red: 1d20 + 3 - 4 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 3 - 4 - 2 + 1 = 18 He provokes from you with the trip, so using your AoO roll - Miranda prone
Blue, no longer blind, attempts to stab at the new target that just appeared in front of him. But his previous stab seems to have left him slightly off-balance, and his attack doesn't even get close to hitting Boros.
Attack Blue: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Yellow is far, far away, and distant shouting can be heared.
Round 3 - The Bold may act
Asmodeans(Green-8 HP, Red-9 HP, Blue -3 HP)
Juliette
Varuzhan(-11 HP)
Nissim
Miranda - prone
Lily
Boros(-8 HP)
Status: Red prone, Miranda prone
Boros Black-Hand
Boros grunts in pain and staggers as the blow connects, then drops like a puppet with its strings cut as the injury, combined with the one he's taken earlier in the park, overwhelms him.
-1 hp and counting, prone.
Varuzhan
Round 3
Varuzhan should be at -8 after Lily healed him. I just hope she has more healing for Boros.
Varuzhan roars in anger as the leader brings down his newfound ally, Boros. "Oh, you'll pay for that one, you hairless monkey!" He sidesteps to get behind the man, and attempts yet another wild swing with his quarterstaff.
Power Attack, FE, Flank vs Green: 1d20 + 3 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 3 + 2 + 2 = 15; Damage: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 2 = 15
Lily Sable
Lily huffs... this was not at all going the way she had hoped. She looked between the pair of men lying on the ground, and then focused on her hands once more. This time, bits of blood mingled with the glowing gold and crimson, as she knelt down to press her palm against Boros's arm. She hums a few bars, slightly off key under the obvious duress, as the glow flows into Boros this time.
Healing: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6 One Oracle Spell remaining.
GM Mordred
Apologies, yes, Varuzhan is at -8, not -11! Copy-Paste-Error...and Boros started at -4, so was at -12, now instead at -6! I have to be careful with the overview Tally! Thank you guys for doing the thinking for me in those cases!
GM Mordred
I'll simply update the list...easier
Should have done so in the first place.
On the plus side for you, no soft cover for them at the frontline
Also, just writing to fill lines.
My minor OCD demands you are all in a line, not broken by the GM portrait.
Round 3 - The Bold may act
Asmodeans(Green-8 HP, Red-9 HP, Blue -3 HP)
Juliette
Varuzhan(-8 HP)
Nissim
Miranda - prone
Lily
Boros(-6 HP) - prone
Status: Red prone, Miranda prone, Boros prone/disarmed
1d4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Boros Black-Hand
Prone, sure. But how is Boros disarmed? And if he is, considering that his weapons are right there next to him, it shouldn't be any action of significance to recover them. Regardless of the status of his weapons, however, he'll be acting last in this round.
Miranda Greenblossom
Round 3!
Spiting out some blood (someone elses blood!) Miranda shrieks in annoyance of being tripped. She channels that annoyance into the red man by the path of her teeth!
To chomp: 1d20 + 4 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 + 1 - 4 = 12
Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
If this downs the man, she'll look to stand up as well!
Juliette Aulamaxa
Longbow: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 3 + 1 = 211d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 + 1 = 9 >Blue
With her allies dropping, Juliette fires off another arrow at the least harmed agent, trying to soften him up a bit.
GM Mordred
Current situation as per Mid-Round 3 - Boros and Nissim still missing; update requested via discussion.
Being bitten by Miranda again, Red's movements become more sluggish as his body reaches the limit of what it can take:"Please, no more! I have a wife and children...let me go! I beg you!"
Red is disabled at -15(yay toughness)...he is holding on to his mace mostly trying to place it between his vulnerable body parts and the snapping Miranda parts
As Juliettes arrow finds it's mark, Blue seems to stumble for a moment, as well, seeming unsteady on his feet, but unwilling to beg for his life, defiantly considering his next target.
Blue is also disabled at -12...he seems aware of their impending doom as Red starts begging for his life, and seems to want to take someone with him.
Confident that the prone man wetting himself in the grease is not going to be dangerous to her(the way red holds the mace does not allow him to really threaten you), Miranda attempts to stand up...and promptly gets whacked by Green.
Green Mace AoO: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8 - Miranda -8, no longer prone
Nissim Siverto
Nissim knows that there is no role he can play in the combat around him. The most useful thing he can think of to do is try to help the man over whom this fight began. He casts Urban Grace and runs to the man's aid, skirting the area of grease by staying close to the building. He thens circles around behind the fight and passes behind Varuzhan. Reaching the man on the ground he begins to try and assess his condition.
Boros Black-Hand
Seeing the small-folk lass take a hit shakes Boros out of his post-healing fugue, and he scrabbles at the ground until he feels the butt of his pistol. Wrapping his hand around the weapon, he lurches to his feet.
Contingent on AoO from blue missing or hitting for 5 HP or less.
As the the fatally-wounded thug's faltering weapon misses its intended target, its owner dropping from the shock of his injuries in the process, Boros lines up his pistol's sights on the shocked visage of the leader and pulls the trigger.
Move Action: Recover pistol from its spot at Boros' side and stand, provoking AoO from blue.
Standard Action: Fire the pistol at green. The attack is against the target's touch AC for being in the pistol's first range increment.
Ranged Attack: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (3) + 6 - 4 = 5
Spending 1 grit point to use the Up Close and Deadly deed. The attack missed, however, half of the extra damage from the deed is still taken by the target in a miss. Pistol Damage: 1d8 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 1 + (1) = 3
Contingent on AoO from blue hitting Boros for more than 5 hp. As the mace hits, the impact drives Boros to the ground again, though he has the grim satisfaction of seeing his assailant likewise collapse before everything goes dark once more.
GM Mordred
As Boros grips his weapon and begins to rise, already aiming his pistol at Green, Blue decides that the person already brought low, and vulnerable while standing up, would be his best chance to bring someone down as a last effort.
While the effort strains him greatly, he all but falls down on Boros, using his own weight to lend more power to his shortsword-stab.
Blue AoO: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23 Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Blue Confirm?: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21 Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
He rolls off Boros as they fall down and seems to be unconscious, after coughing up some blood.
Seeing Blue go down, and Red, the pityful coward, begging for his life, Green takes a short moment to consider his options, trying to guess how long it will be before reinforcements arrive.
His estimation does not seem to fill him with confidence. With a grim look of determination, he grips his holy symbol of Asmodeus, silently chanting some words in infernal, before a wave of death washes over all but him, suddenly silencing Red's whimpering.
Channel Negative Energy: 1d6 ⇒ 3 Will save DC 12 for half damage
Nissim finds that with the wave of negative energy further hurting the man on the ground, he'd best act quickly if the Rebel is supposed to survive...(either magical healing or a heal check(DC 15, first aid))...if the bleeding is not stopped quickly, it may be too late-
Rebel Will Save: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Asmodean Will Save: 2d20 ⇒ (4, 8) = 12
Asmodean Stab-ilization: 2d20 ⇒ (17, 14) = 31
Round 4 - The Bold may act
Asmodeans(Green-8 HP, Red-17 HP, Blue -13 HP)
Juliette
Varuzhan(-8 HP)
Nissim
Miranda(-8 HP)
Lily
Boros (-15 HP)
All: 3 Negative Energy Damage, Will DC 12 for half.
Conditions: Red stable(-3); Blue stable(-4);
Boros Black-Hand
Making Will save to reduce negative energy damage.
Will Save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Miranda Greenblossom
Ditto!
Will Save?: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
The satisfaction of being back on her legs again is quickly replaced by first pain and then mostly nothing as Miranda falls face first back onto the ground.
Stabilize?: 1d20 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (11) + 2 - 1 = 12
Lily Sable
Will Save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 Last heal gone, and after three casts of cure light wounds, I've finally managed to heal as much as his one casting.. :(
Lily looks between the two that were most recently downed, even as pain wracks her body, two choices, only one option. She growls, frustrated, "Damn you, Thrune.." before focusing the last bit of energy she has into her hand, swirling vortex of crimson and gold being pressed to Miranda's thigh, as she moves to place herself bodily over Boros, in the way of any direct efforts at harming him.
Just pretend mine goes after Juliette's since stepping into her line of fire would be sort of a jerk move, even if it is to protect an ally.
Juliette Aulamaxa
Will: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9
Longbow: 1d20 + 3 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 3 + 1 - 4 = 141d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 + 1 = 4 [ooc] forgot firing into melee, since our winged friend is still up.[/dice]
Shifting five feet over to get a better shot, Juliette fires an arrow at the priest.
Varuzhan
I think it's pretty appropriate that the Asmodean cleric was like, f--- it, and blasts everyone, friend and foe alike.
Will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Varuzhan powers through the blast of negative energy that strikes him. But sees that the remaining people are not so fortunate. "Enough! Just die!"
Attack: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 3 + 2 = 22; Damage: 1d6 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 2 = 13
After narrowly missing with his prior swing, he finally sees a weakness to the priest's defenses. Seeing the noblewoman with her bow ready to fire, he then steps back and toward the injured man, giving Juliette the opportunity to take a clear shot.
5-foot step. That should remove the penalty for firing into melee.
*Edit* - Varuzhan also quickly grabs a healing kit an drops it on the ground beside Nissim. "Hurry, help that man before he bleeds out!" Using a move action for that, since I still have one. Healing kit gives +2 to heal checks.
Miranda Greenblossom
"Ow..." Miranda sits up with a groan, rubbing the top of her head. Well - on the bright side - my skull is still whole! Yey! Blinking she looked around to assess the situation. It didn't *seem* that she had been out for long. But instead of three standing Asmodean thugs there were none. That's pleasing! And she felt sorta warm and fuzzy in one of her thighs - which given the circumstances was somewhat worrying. I blame the Asmodeians for that!
Aight. Time to *do* something! With a quick jump she was on her feet again - and somehow with a small bottle in hand. Now; there seemed to be two people in need. One she sorta knew almost maybe and one she didn't. The one she didn't also seemed to have some help so she headed over to the fire-wand-wielder and tried to pour the clear contents of her Potion inside his mouth without spilling too much!
Cure Light Wounds @Boros: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
GM Mordred
Still waiting for Nissims action to complete the round, but as you may suspect, Green is down as well. (Also it's very gentlemanly for Varuzhan to step back, but since Green is now prone, he has bonus AC vs ranged- so may as well stay. Juliette already contributed plenty by disabling blue last round...otherwise blue would have flanked Varuzhan with Green this round-)
Either way, combat will have an intermission, where you have a few rounds of action before their reinforcements arrive(and hopefully not find you any more, considering the general state of the party). You MAY want to start thinking on what you want to do. While I DO encourage chatting with each other beyond one-liners and catch phrases, do be aware that we're talking about a time span of around half a minute, give or take 10 seconds, here. So there will not be much time for elaborate discussion and verbose tactical considerations. Hopefully, you will find time for that later, but right now, you should probably focus on actions :) - As such, do feel free to talk a bit in discussion to still arrive at an outcome favorable to the lot of you.
Varuzhan
Even if it fails to help Juliette, Varuzhan is still doing the 5-foot step to give Nissim the healing kit, in case it helps.

Miranda Greenblossom
A bit disappointed that her potion didn't seem to bring back Boros Miranda notes to the others "One of you will have to carry him..." and points to Boros. Being curious as ever - and with a feeling that he might want his stuff again some day - she collects the strange wand and stoves it in her satchel with the few remaining garlics. The sword she sheaths again on the fallen warriors belt.
Then, finally with a dagger in hand, she bounces over to the fallen cleric and gives him a quick quick look over. To top if off, she stabs her dagger into his eye and twists the blade. One step closer to not having these guys screwing around with everything! Yey!

Knowledge: Local: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24 Do I know of anywhere nearby we can recuperate?
Stashing her bow away, Juliette looks around at the ragtag bunch who had (mostly) survived the ordeal against the Asmodeus goons. "We need to get out of this area quickly, I imagine that it will not be long before we find ourselves surrounded by more agents. I can help drag him, but I cannot carry someone of that size." Juliette says, urging the others to hurry along before trouble finds itself upon them once more.
Lily Sable
Lily nods to Miranda in appreciation as she heals Boros; her own energies having been depleted. At least she'd gotten lucky on choosing the one that would be able to heal someone. Then the little thing sticks a dagger in the man on the ground's eye. And... she's back to square one.
+2 to the first person who uses the heal skill to stabilize the man, if they do. It would seem that despite the alley being covered in blood, the spot is actually ideal for this sort of thing... no sun in his eyes and all that. Once someone has:
"We need to get rid of the other man's cloak. They'll be looking for them. One of them might have more healing... like the little one did... we should quickly look over them... then get out." she offers a quick look at each of the bodies, trying to figure out where to focus their attentions.

Thanks for the healing kit! It absolutely will help. I had only 1 CLW and it's already used, so this will be a heal check. Fingers crossed...
Nissim quickly goes to work on the man. He is a mess from the beating he received and the cruel disabling cut he was given. It's obvious that the most vital thing to do is stop his bleeding and stabilize him. It won't be easy at this late point, and Nissim is greatly relieved to receive the healing kit from Varuzhan.
Heal: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 6 + 2 = 16
Nissim manages to staunch the man's bleeding. The healing kit made all the difference. Nissim exhales finally.
Varuzhan
Varuzhan quickly joins his acquaintance in assessing the fallen greycloak. Although given what they had been through, perhaps it was fair to consider him a friend. He recognizes that the man was now stable, barely. "Good work, Nissim. Not a moment too soon. Grab the kit. I'll carry this man out of here." He quickly tears the grey cloak off the man before taking him up with a fireman's carry - careful, of course to not aggravate the severe wounds.
Hoping that carrying the man will merely be a heavy load for Varuzhan, whose heavy load capacity is 230 lbs.
He quickly notes that his new companions, did not look particularly muscular, other than the man who himself was on the ground. But he already had his hands full. "Okay, like the little one said, someone also needs to either get that other man on his feet or carry him. Might take two of you to handle his weight." Varuzhan begins to move away from the direction that the thug ran, knowing that he would be moving fairly slowly and needing as much of a head start as possible.
Lily Sable
Lily chews on her lip. "I would be better able to tend his wounds if it were night... but..." she shakes her head. If he didn't reach night, that would be no use at all. One last time, she pulled on that little spark of divinity, gold blending with crimson as she placed her hand to the man's shoulder.
Healing Boros: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Well... I mean, I guess he's back on his feet..?
Boros Black-Hand
Boros blinks as consciousness returns once more. Seeing the pretty face of the half-elf above him again, he grins. "Need to stop meetin' like this, miss. People'll get all sorts o' ideas otherwise, like maybe I'm gettin' dropped on purpose just so ya'll touch me, or some such," he says with a laugh as he sits up and looks around. Talking in the situation, he climbs to his feet with a groan, then pauses to look for his pistol with a worried expression.
"Has anyone seen what happened to my gun," he asks with an increasingly unhappy expression as he scans the ground around him. He's quite aware that the group needs to leave, and do so now, but the thought of leaving his prized weapon behind has him willing to risk taking the time to do a quick search of the area in spite of that.
When he realizes that his rapier has been returned to its sheath, he relaxes just a bit, realizing that one of the group must have picked it up, though he can't figure out why they didn't load it into its holster as well. During his scan, he notes the two dead thugs with satisfaction, as well as the one left alive after his blubbering surrender to the small-folk lass and her wicked teeth.
"Glad to see we're the victors here, though that was a right mess o' a fight that we honestly shouldn't have won." Boros thoughtfully examines the sole survivor as he speaks, then glances at the young lady with the bow with a similarly thoughtful expression, with a lingering look at the ring she'd presented before the fight started. He wasn't sure what that ring was about, but he was willing to bet that flashing it to a group of Chelish soldiers before killing half of them was not a fine idea.
With an exhausted sigh, he steps over to the downed survivor and looks at him steadily, then points at the young lady with the bow. "Is our bein' merciful and lettin' ya live goin' to come back on her," Boros bluntly asks the wounded man. "Don't get me wron', I understand it's yer duty to do something' about all of this," and here, Boros waves his hand wearily at the mess and the two dead thugs before continuing. "But it's my own duty to ensure that my allies are safe, and you knowin' about that little trinket o' hers is a right problem in that regard." Boros concludes his words with a tone of grim finality as his left hand settles on the grip of his gladius.
Nissim Siverto
After the man is stabilized, Nissim just kneels there beside him for several seconds. The shock of all that's happened in the last hour or so is far more than he's used to. In the immediate aftermath he can barely concentrate to think coherently.
When he stands up, he spends a few more seconds looking from the others he has "joined", to the man on the ground and back. Those who also wound up in the fight with he and Varuzhan are busy searching bodies and preparing to leave. Eventually it occurs to him Oh, I should be doing the same. There must be only a little time to go.
He then begins to collect and stow the contents of the healing kit, both unused and used. Who knows what Thrune's agents are capable of. They might be able to trace the contents used on the man back to the shop where this came from, and then to us, if they find it. Nothing at all can be left here.
GM Mordred
You people and your shenanigans :P I didn't even declare the round finished, having waited for Nissim...But fine, lets see if I got this correctly?
Combat - Intermission
Round 1:
Juliette: Attempts to figure out some nearby place to lie low for a bit and urges people on to hurry.
Varuzhan: Tear off the mans cloak and pick him up(carefully)
Nissim: Be happy that reading that book on first aid was worth it, after all.
Miranda: Retrieves Boros Firewand and sheaths his Rapier
Lily: Heal Boros and get flirted with
Boros: Get up and realize his pistol is gone, talking all the time.
Round 2:
Juliette: ??(Moving with Varuzhan? Clearing the way/leading?)
Varuzhan: Get moving with the man
Nissim: Realize Varuzhan is moving, while 2 woman pat down the Asmodeans and Boros is searching the gun the Tiefling snatched earlier.
Miranda: Searches the Cleric
Lily: Conduct Rainbow Search Pattern Part Red
Boros: Frantically search his missing pistol, talking all the time.
Round 3:
Juliette: ??(Moving with Varuzhan? Clearing the way/leading?)
Varuzhan: Move some more(they're coming!)
Nissim: Quickly clean up trying to remove any traces of having been here.
Miranda: Coup-de Graces the Cleric
Lily: Conduct Rainbow Search Pattern Part Blue(since Miranda already checked Green)
Boros: Talk to an unconscious(but stable) guy in a puddle of grease and his own urine about possible repercussions. (He drools a bit in response) He stopped bleeding out, but he's still below 0 HP...stable does not mean awake-
I told you you'd get 3 rounds worth of actions before we arrive at "now". Before we resolve those, I want everybody to confirm or correct the assumption above.(e.g. if Nissim wanted, to, say, start cleaning in Round 2 and spend Round 3 hurriedly running after Varuzhan). Or Miranda wants to not fetch the gun, instead opting for a Snack. That kind of thing.
Miranda Greenblossom
Yeah it doesn't really make sense for Miranda to steal Boros stuff if he comes to his senses right away :P
Boros Black-Hand
For my previous post, ignore section 5/5, since red is unconscious, and replace it with the following. And Miranda can hold on to Boros' gun until a better time to return it is available (giving her a chance to read it). He's satisfied that one of the group currently has it, figuring that they just grabbed what came to hand in the scramble to clear the area. And, if all else fails, he can make a replacement, using other ranged stuff in the meantime.
Looking at the unconscious enemy, Boros very briefly contemplates simply killing him to preserve the bow-wielder's secret. Only the realization that the one who fled for reinforcements also knows this detail already stays his blade. Instead, Boros begins to make his way out of the area, following the burdened twitchy-cloak and the bow-wielding lass. As he leaves, he makes sure that the others of their little group are doing likewise.
Boros leaves, using double moves as needed to catch up to Varuzhan and Juliette.
Lily Sable
I didn't think of perception as taking a standard action. With that being the case, she'd have only looked over one of them (your choice, with the roll of your choice), before preparing to nope with her third action. She'll suggest Songbird Hall, even though it's almost assuredly a bad idea. With the cloak gone, though, we can argue that we were attacked by Thugs (which is entirely true!)
Lily Sable
Directly after healing Boros, Lily realizes that she's effectively standing on top of him, blushes, and quickly steps out of the way, before searching one of the Asmodean Thugs for something that might help them. "It... was the right thing to do." she says, quietly, though she sounds more defeated than she has any right to be.
Is Lily missing 1 HP due to half damage from channel, or 2? I figure round down, but I'd rather not make assumptions. :)
Varuzhan
I didn't really think to plot out my rounds, but yes, Varuzhan is basically going to book it. But if possible, he will incidentally do the following skill checks while running away.
As he works to rescue the greycloak, Varuzhan incidentally notes whether the man has any obvious useful items. He didn't mean to steal from the man, but he certainly didn't mind borrowing something useful. Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
As he tears off the man's cloak, he takes a quick glance at the face to see if it's familiar. It wasn't particularly likely, but Varuzhan did keep abreast of the noble classes, if only to recognize which of them were allies of House Thrune and therefore worthy of derision. Knowledge (nobility)?: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23

Reworked a little
After the man on the ground is stable. Nissim kneels by him staring for a moment, but that is broken by Varhuzan's arrival. As the strix moves to get the man off the ground, Nissim realizes he should help him so the man is jostled less.
Nissim quickly puts away the contents of the healing kit, including the things that were used so nothing that could possibly be used to trace them is left behind. He then takes out a sheet of parchment and wads it up. he places it under the grey cloak Varuzhan discarded as tinder, and lights it with a tindertwig. Hopefully it will burn away if he's arranged it correctly.
He then hurries after the others. His still enhanced speed makes it easy for him to catch them.

As Nissim comes up to the others, he slows down for a moment to talk.
"My current spell will allow me to move rapidly for a little while yet. As much as we want to escape from any reinforcements that arrive with the runner they sent, we also don't ant to comes across a patrol ahead of us.
I can go ahead a small distance easily, and use a cantrip to speak with you. If I see anything that could cause trouble, I can let you know in time to avoid it. I doubt I would attract any particular notice on my own.
But also we need a destination. Where are we going?
Boros Black-Hand
Boros blinks as he processes the other man's words, then nods his agreement. "Good plan, has my support," he gasps out as he continues his rapid pace down the narrow backstreet. Any plan that avoids more enemies has his heartfelt support at the moment, but the effort of running with his wounds doesn't encourage him to waste air expressing a more thorough opinion.
A destination, however, eludes him. He doesn't know the location of the next safehouse he was being moved to, and the previous one wouldn't let him past the door looking as he does now. As a result, he simply remains silent and waits for someome else to offer an idea.

Juliette considers their options for a moment...they would need a place to lay low, one where they would not inmediately be suspected, someplace used to being discreet.
Being in a nightlife disctrict, she remembers an establishment nearby, that, while she never visited, has a reputation of discreet backroom dealings, and a convenient second(and third, for those knowing about it) entrance away from prying eyes. "The Maiden's Head", a former temple turned dance hall turned high-class brothel, with a marble sculpture of Arshea's bust above the entrance providing a visual cue and the origin of the places name. With a large social area split into many secluded alcoves, and a famous cook, the place is also a popular meeting place for backroom deals or political intrigue, and it's not unusual for clients, or lovers, to book one of the rooms without one of the men or women of various races working as courtesans accompanying them.
The place being open all day, every day of the year, Juliette is plenty sure it won't be closed because of the protest, offer discreteness(as that IS a main selling point) and a place to lay low for a few hours.
When Juliette mentions the place, Nissim can't help but agree that it's probably the safest spot nearby, setting the cloak on fire, then rushing on ahead to clear the way.
Miranda checks the Cleric, Green, finding a coin purse containing 2 Gold and 30 Silver Coins, before stabbing her dagger into his eye, attempting to kill him. Still protected by his god, he keeps breathing, and Miranda feels she has to rush after the others, already able to hear shouting from around the corner where the courier yellow vanished before, taking but a moment to fetch the clerics holy symbol worn on a chain around the neck(Appraise DC 20) before running off.
Congrats, you made a 1-eyed recurring enemy!
Lily meanwhile heals Boros, then takes a moment to check out blue(feeling a certain amount of pity for red), finding Masterwork Thieves Tools and a small jar tightly closed, then also hurries after Varuzhan, Juliette and Nissim.
Boros, after a quick scan of the area and confident that SOMEONE picked up his firearm, follows suite.
Varuzhan, carrying the unconscious former greycloak, attempts to get a good look at his face, and to check him out. Both is exceedingly difficult while moving, but his face does not resemble any noble Varuzhan knows, and you feel a large leather belt pouch probably containing something(but unable to make out the exact contents without stopping and opening it).
You all rush off towards the Maiden's Head, just managing to turn a corner moments before Yellow and the Reinforcements arrive(visual representation of following events on map).
Nissim managed to warn you in time, preventing you from running into another patrol of Asmodeans, diverting your path slightly, until you arrive in an alleyway across a somewhat busy street from your destination, catching your breath for a moment before advancing. Basically whatever comes to mind, wether changing destinations, examining your guest, talking among each other...you managed to evade pursuit, for now, and have some time before needing to move on(If Varuzhan wants to check out the belt pouch, for example)

Miranda takes only a second to glance at the Holy Symbol before quickly stuffing it in her bag. I think that story would be quite interest to hear! she thought to herself - but as the shouts and footsteps grew louder she added. Buuuut maybe later! And she already had the curious fire-wand to look at. Somehow she doubted the wand-wielder would be happy if she held on to it longer then necessary!
Will add running away in a moment : )
Boros Black-Hand
Boros pants exhaustedly. The long run had done little good for him or his wounds, and he was reaching a point where turning himself in to the authorities was sounding just a bit appealing, since they're probably let him rest for a bit before his execution. As the group takes a few moments in the mouth of the alley, Boros makes sure to stay well back from the eyes of any passers-by, with his stained cloak clenched tightly shut to hide the worst of his injuries as well as the armor and weapons he bears. He doesn't look very good at the moment, even with this effort, but he's hopeful that he doesn't get identified instantly as some sort of murderous drifter--which, Boros is startled to realize, is exactly what he is.
Clearing his mind of these distracting thoughts, no doubt a product of his fatigue and injuries, he looks at the rest of group for a few moments before clearing his throat to get their attention. "Since we've got a moment here," Boros says wearily, his body braced against a wall, "Which o' ya grabbed my gun back there before we left?" Boros is clearly worried as he asks this, for his supposition that someone picked it up is just that; a supposition. And one backed only by the scant evidence of his rapier having been sheathed between the time he feel and the time he was healed back to consciousness.

"I have no idea what a 'gun' is, but the hell-ling did grab a thing of two." Juilette had honestly paid little attention to the looting that had gone on after the fight, and she wasn't really certain that the open, busy, streets were the place to discuss that.
Boros Black-Hand
Boros only barely resists the urge to face palm. Of course none of the locals would know what a gun was, given their scarcity outside of Alkenstar's territory. "Ah, right. Well, a gun is that weapon I was usin', with a rather shameful !ack of success, on that bastard with the mace back there," he explains patiently.
It takes him a bit of thought to work out what the young lady means by "hell-ling," however, though he once he does, Boros turns his attention to the small-folk lass. "Ah, so you managed a bit o' lootin' then? Find anything nice?" Boros is both amused by her actions, and genuinely curious about the results, but not the least bit bothered by her casual plundering, it seems. Though, admittedly, her current disguise is bit disconcerting to him, especially when used to express what he's increasingly certain is her usual personality.

She frowned a little as the cleric at her feet didn't seem to actually perish - as she had planned - but instead almost started to look smug. His other eye were very tempting. But 'not being fed to dogs' was also high on Mirandas to-do list. Hesitating only for the tiniest of moments she turned tail and ran, once more invigorated by her nice pair of boots! +30' Move for 1 minute. -1 Focus On the way out she concentrated hard and shifted form into a blonde gnome woman whom was very free from blood stains. "That's racism!" Miranda quipped with mock shock and stuck her tongue out at Juliette. With a pat on her bag she nodded at Boros and grinned. As a gnome, her grin wasn't nearly half as wide! "You were too heavy to carry so I took the small stuff instead. Also I had hoped the 'secret police' would have a badge or something ..." She opened her satchel a little to let Boros (or anyone curious in the party!) peer inside. "But I guess that pointy thing is supposed to be that for them ... Want your gun-wand back?"
Boros Black-Hand
At her invitation, Boros peers into the satchel, snickering as he spies the holy symbol recently owned by a rather annoying recent acquaintance. Then snickering turns into a barely-suppressed cry of triumph as he sees his pistol, which he quickly fishes forth from the satchel. Wasting no time, he inspects it to ensure that it's functional, then smoothly goes through the reloading procedure. "Ya have my thanks for pickin' this up, lass. It means quite a bit to me, and I'm glad those scum back there aren't its new owners," he says as he finishes readying the weapon for use before tucking it in the waiting holster.
Boros then eyes her speculatively, having picked up on her interest in the weapon. "Ya know, lass, if ya want one o' these for yerself, I can make one once I get hold o' my tools, some materials, and a bit o' time to work," he offers, partly by way of thanks and partly because arming rebels is still his goal here in Kintargo, and he's pretty sure the group he's with now fit that label.

Is the jar filled with bees? Please tell me the jar is filled with bees...
Lily didn't seem to be out of breath, but she did seem much worse for wear. Or rather, equally worse for wear as she had been ever since she'd seen that... thing... crawl out of the Captain's body... then those screams. She'd been quiet the whole way, though ultimately she was, and looked tired. Running wasn't something she did a lot of, and it was only by the grace of spending a great deal of time singing that she wasn't much worse from the brief stint.
In one hand, she's still holding the ring covered in corkscrews, squigs, jostlehops and thingamabobs, and in the other, the jar she hadn't even taken the time to examine. She didn't seem altogether aware she was carrying anything. As a point of fact, she didn't seem particularly cognizant of anything, simply having followed after the others once more.
