Recruiting characters for a PbP game of the Legacy of Fire AP. This is my first shot at a Play-By-Post, though I have been GMing for years. My current RL group is on hiatus. I bring: creativity and enthusiasm to the game. You bring: committed characters (available to post at least 1x day), colorful personalities, and good rping and combat tactics.
1st level, 20 pt build, traits from AP Player's Guide (if available to you), and only core classes and races from PFRPG book. I am prone to making changes to Adventure Paths, as it fits my taste and style, so even if you're aware of the AP or have played through it, there will be something different for you.

Edit: In your character concept, please cover/explain why your character is in Katapesh region, going to Kelmarane. Slave? Mercenary? Guard? Etc.. Check out campaign traits in LoF Player's Guide for assistance.

As for the Campaign traits, here is an abbreviated version:
Earning your freedom: You've been a slave your whole life, paying off your freedom by going to liberate gnoll infested village. +1 trait bonus to one class of saving throws (Fort or Ref or Will)
Seeking adventure: You want to become a member of the pathfinder society, begin game with a wayfinder (fancy compass) (+2 on survival checks)
Reclaiming your roots: Gnoll infested village that you are going to liberate is where you were born, you start game with a prized possession worth no more than 350 gp (jewelry, mw sword or armor, wand w/ 20 charges, etc)
Missionary: Dedication to church, you want to open a church in gnoll infested village. Choose Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Knowledge (Religion), Perform (Any), or Sense Motive. Always a class skill and +1 trait bonus.
Finding Haleen: Never knew your parents, you owe your sanity and life to a woman named Haleen (a swashbuckler). She vanished from your life several months ago and you have been searching for her and she may be in gnoll infested village region. Class at 1st level is favored class and every time you take level in class, you gain +1 hp and skill pt over and above what you normally gain.
I just sent one by email. A halfling Cleric of Erastil. He has a way with animals and has a calming influence. Let's see how he fits.

It looks like a half-orc cleric of Sarenrae would be perfect for the missionary role. I'll send one instead of the halfling
I think a missionary job would be a perfect fit for a half orc zealot. A much better fit - perfect! Obviously I am interested! I have yet to make an equipment list and a back story. I'll prepare that tonight. Perhaps he grew up as a thug in Dog Town....some event in his life twisted him from unbridled hatred of gnoll slavers to an zealous desire to convert them instead.....by sword and holy fire if necessary! ...
Would he get a bonus skilll rank in the first level as missionary? I had to take a rank in liguistics so he can speak gnoll.

I have just emailed mine in. Dumah is a human wizard who surprisingly isn't driven by a hatred of gnolls, but I suspect that will come before long.
I sent you the concept for this character. I made him for another PBP but we never got past the intro posts so I am hoping I can play him here.
