Slevin waits, biding his time until the guards are through the door and "tending" to the dog before he strikes.
Readied action. Once the guards are through the door and start dealin with the dog, Slevin will rush the guard closest to the door and target him with Touch Of evil

Annie's new doggie lies ready to pounce when the door is opened, a little growl is heard and a sulfuric odor comes from its snarling tiny teeth, a touch of fiendish fire glows in its eyes.
Annie's hand contains a small flickering flame. and just before the doggie leaps when the guard enters Annie snaps her fingers sending tiny sparks arounnd the guard's face.
Annie casts Daze at the guard (DC 14 will negates) then the Doggie attacks.
The fiendish dog jumps at him.

Guard 1 is surprised this round, stumbling backwards so the dog's teeth catch only air.
Daze Will: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
But he does wave off the spark that jumps at him from Annabelle.

As quickly as she can, Lisbeth positions herself between the group of guards and the door out of the prison, cutting off their retreat. Once she's secured the door out of the cell, she jabs the dagger at the last guard to enter, "As you can see, he's a special dog with special needs. And he's hungry. We were hoping you'd help us feed him."
Are we in a surprise round? If so, that was my turn. If not, I'll attack, too.
Male Human Inquisitor/Slayer of Asmodeus 1
Slevin darts forward, reaching for one o the guards but missing.

Going to toss my attack in just in case it's not a surprise round...
Power attack against Guard 2 with dagger: 1d20 + 5 - 1 ⇒ (18) + 5 - 1 = 22
Damage if it's a hit: 1d4 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 2 = 9
Guard 2 takes a good strong hit from Lisbeth - he is surprised this round, and just sort of gurgles as she connects with the knife.

As much as she would love to have a live demonstration of the effectiveness of her bombs - both for the guards and her cellmates - Amber has enough sense to realize that throwing one in such a small space would probably be a bad idea.
Instead, she opts to throw a punch at the first guard that wandered through the doorway, hoping to soften him up for the others to take care of.

As soon as he is able Sykes lunges at the still coherent guard jaws wide, more akin to a beast than a fighter.

Sykes misses the snap at the guard, who stumbles back, flailing wildly to get the crazy slayer off of him. He seems to be fumbling for the signal horn that he carries on his belt, but pushing Sykes away from his jugular is taking up most of his attention.
Amber connects with the guard, knocking him flat out onto the ground.

what are we waiting on? Are we in initiative? should i just post anyway? not sure where we are at?
Inactive
I think you and Slevin are up on the initiative order, as best as I can tell.
Female "Fire" Gnome
so how many guards? where are they and are they down?
Male Human Inquisitor/Slayer of Asmodeus 1
Moving towards the gurad fumbling for the signal horn, Slevin plunges his dagger into the man's side.
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Slevin sinks his knife into the guard, and he falls as well. Twelve seconds, mostly silent, and both of them are down. All of the fighters freeze for a moment, listening to the hallway outside. There is no sound. Seems like maybe no one noticed the fight. Yet.
Out of init!
Male Human Inquisitor/Slayer of Asmodeus 1
Acting quickly, Slevin closes the door quietly and begins stripping the guards of their uniforms and equipment. As he does he studies them looking for signs of rank.

Sykes waits like a hawk as the other man rifles through the guard's belongings.

Fell victim to the Great Paizo Blackout of '14 and couldn't make that post yesterday after all...
As Slevin begins to quickly divest the guards of their belongings, Amber keeps her ear to the door to listen for any signs that their scuffle might have raised alarm or suspicion.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
Amber doesn't hear much. Aounds like they're unnoticed ... for now ...
Both guards have a longsword and chain shirt, as well as a light crossbow. They also have the Branderscar uniform - blue with a grey tower on the tabard, and each has a signal horn.
And one of them has a key on him.

Annie plays with her doggie for a bit then she gives it a hug just before it vanishes with surge of flame around it.
Come on, everyone, I wanna find my bear. she says as she heads out into the hallway looking for another door to examine.

"Wai-nevermind," Amber grumbles as the gnome proceeds out into the hallway. "Let's hurry it up before something else happens," she urges the rest of the group. "Should we take the uniforms to use as disguises?"
I forget where our brands are, so if they're on our faces or something then disregard Amber's question :P
Male Human Inquisitor/Slayer of Asmodeus 1
"Yeah good idea." Slevin replies, stripping the guards of their uniforms.
He casts a brief spell, his appearance shifting to mimic that of the guard that carried the key.
casts Disguise self
The brands are still healing, fresh and red on various easy to spot limbs.
Anabelle sees ... nobody in the hallway for the moment. It seems quiet. She can hear some vague noise of something moving to the right down the hallway.
Male Human Inquisitor/Slayer of Asmodeus 1
So donning the uniforms should cover the branbds up then right?

Seeing that the remaining uniform would likely best fit Sykes or possibly Lisbeth, Amber decides to retrieve her manacles and 'pretend' as if she's still shackled. "Just on the off-chance that anyone we happen to cross paths with doesn't believe that you're simply moving some prisoners around," she explains with a grim smile.
Do we know anything about the general layout of the prison?

Sykes nods along with the girl's line of thought, leaving the uniforn for the more human looking Lisbeth.
Female "Fire" Gnome
Annie skips on down the hallway toward the noise stopping short to peer around and get a view of what it is.
perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Yes, the uniforms will cover the brands, though not well (your sleeves might shift, or something).
Amber, you can make a general intelligence check to see if you remember anything about the prison as you came in.
Annabelle sees another cell, this one bigger than theirs and barred to the open hallway instead of a room like their cell.
Inside is a hulking figure lurking in the corner, stringy bedraggled hair hanging around its head. It shuffles a bit when Annabelle approaches, retreating farther back into the dark corner.
Female "Fire" Gnome
Annie tries to see through the bars of the cell, Hello big person. I am looking for my lost bear. will you help me look for it?
