Kaelic finds nothing suspicious on the plaque and someone picks up the heavy bronze disc. (50 lbs)
With direction from the imp, the gnome easily finds the secret door. "I was true to my word, now goodbye!" The creature says, then disappears with a pop.
Taking the secret door, the party enters a corridor that travels north for about twnety feet, before turning west. The corridor continues for another sixty feet, before turning south and traveling another sixty feet, before turning east.
The floor drops away here as the corridor turns east, though a seven-inch-wide ledge continues along the south wall. The walls are very smooth, offering few handholds. The remainder of the passageway is filled with a five-foot-deep trough filled with foul-smelling, thick green sludge.
Acrobatics to walk on the narrow ledge.

Dagon eyes the pit of sludge, then the ledge. "Juma, you can carry that plaque across the ledge, right?" Then he starts shuffling along the ledge.
Take 10 for a 12 on Acrobatics, and hope it's enough.
Dagon easily balances across the narrow ledge, walking twenty feet, before the corridor and ledge turns south. Dagon sees a section of ledge that is slick with the green slime and the termination of the stone ridge. Obviously, the mechanism raised this section of ledge, but again, Dagon has no trouble crossing it and finds himself in a small chamber with a door in the southern wall.

Juma finds the sludge to be about waist deep. The acrid smell coming from it and corrosion of his staff, makes Juma think it may be acidic.

Like a carnival acrobat, Juma verily dances across the ledge, plaque in hand, and easily joins his companions.
Kaelic checks the door and finds it locked, but not trapped. Using the key found earlier, the door is easily opened. The corridor continues south for another twenty feet before turning back east for nearly one hundred feet.
A small, barred window pierces the iron door at the end of this hall, revealing a plain, ten-foot-square room with a windowless iron door on the opposite wall beyond.

Juma steps out of the room for a moment.
"If this kills me, hang that little mutant from the tallest building in town."
Juma then re-enters the room, follows the booming voice's instructions to close the door, then announces clearly, "Good Baron Sarvo wills it."
Juma steps into the room, closes the door and speaks a passphrase.
The eastern door clicks, and it then swings open.

Dagon and Kaelic follows Jumas lead and pass through the room. The next room is larger, about thirty feet by thirty feet. A single iron lever protrudes from the wall next to the door in this otherwise empty chamber’s west wall. To the east, a ten-foot-wide hallway curves to the north.
A four-armed metal construct blocks access to the eastern corridor. This clockwork servant stands on three jointed legs. A large, metallic key floats in the air next to the clockwork. A moment after the party enter the room, the construct whirs to life and speaks a pre-programmed phrase to them in a tinny voice: “Please present the crest for passage.”

Going through the door, you enter a large chamber. An area along the south wall is enclosed in a cage of thick iron bars that extend from floor to ceiling. Within the enclosure sit seven black iron chests. To the north, the stone wall has collapsed, revealing a rough-hewn tunnel.

Kealic tries to squeeze through the bars, but they are spaced too closely together.
Dagon notices two slits in the floor, one just east of the treasury cage and one just west.
At the same time, everyone notices a humanoid, its decaying flesh hanging off of it, come out of the north tunnel and toward the party!
