I tear out of the webbing and stand defensively awaiting for the spider to approach. I do not have a weapon out yet since I can draw one as a free action.
Defensive as a move gives me a +2 AC I believe. I could be wrong.
If it does my AC is at 22.

Kalistrine smirks and drops her axe. She draws a Chakram and hurls the razor-edged disc at the Spider. "Biggest Spider I ever saw!" Kalistrine says to Lina.

Round Two:
Liu Na fires another arrow at the spider and then stows her bow. With a flick of her wrist, the half-elf ninja drops a fighting fan into her hand; the weapon snaps open as she prepares to approach the creature.
Standard action to fire arrow. Move action to sheathe bow. Swift action to draw fighting fan from spring-loaded wrist sheath.
Shortbow Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 - hopefully the spider's -2 to AC for charging will allow that to hit

Seeing the spider moving in to attack Kalistrine, who should be close to me, I five foot up to it and draw my morning star and attack.

"I'm fine, no new scratches. Tend te Kali." I look at the spider corpse and then at Kali. I smirk. "Remember, ye wanted te go dis way." As I wait for Lina to treat Kali I look over the room real quick.

Kalistrine looks quite pale. Her wounds are less serious now that Lina has healed her, but the skin around the puncture is discolored and swollen. She pushes Lina away and clenches her fists, causing her claws to dig into her palms, where a fresh trickle of blood drips from her hands. She staggers to the wall of the cave and presses her forehead against it. There is a horrible cracking sound. The horns you witnessed earlier in the day curl out of her skull and her breathing becomes ragged.

"I know a little bit about poison - you have to, working in a tavern where Jorland cooks. But I don't know as much about healing," Liu Na says, stepping over to inspect Kalistrine's wound.

"Blasted... Spider..." Kalistrine gasps, her face twisted with fury, but a spark of fear shines in her eyes. She begins to slump against the wall and tries to twist away from Lina to keep her face hidden.
Rage 4/8. Save vs. Poison 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Oh thank goodness for lucky rolls! That poison had the capacity to kill me otherwise...
She sighs and collapses to the floor. Her face returns to normal for the most part, though a sheen of sweat has spread across her brow, now hornless save for a pair of small bruises."I think... I need a minute..." she says, resting her back against the stone, her head between her knees.

I nod. "Right! I'll prepare dinner...." My gaze shifts slowly and methodically over to stare at the spider. There is a glimmer of joy in my eyes like that of a child on Christmas. "Hmmm, I wonder if it would be like eating crab legs.?" I pull out my carving knife and decend upon the corpse of the great spider."I'll have dinner ready in a bit."

Kalistrine pulls herself up from her resting spot. "You don't have to..." she trails off and shrugs, moving to the other exit from the cave to see if she can see or hear anything down that tunnel.

I nod at Walthus. "Pretty potent stuff it seems. I'll preserve de glands fer later. Maybe I can use it te make a sauce at some point."
As Kali tries to move I grunt in her direction wagging my knife at her. "Yur hurt an too worn out to get angry teday. Miss Lina is low on healin and though Imma tough guy, I have an injury dat cud stand a good rest ta heal. So we stayin here. I don't want te face anytin else in dis cave at less dan hundred percent.

Doing reasonably well at making the thing actually taste like real food, I present it to the party. "Picture it like ye eatin crab legs. Did ma best te imitate em. Shudn't make anyone sick I can promise dat."
I sit down and start eating.

After pawing at Jorland's creation you camp in the cave. You awaken with the first light of day somehow making its way toward you. After some breakfast, you head off in the direction where you haven't been before in a southerly direction. After about 30 feet the tunnel forks with one prong to the right and the other to the left.

You take the left fork and after about 20 feet the passage way opens up to a large room where to the north and east you see a sizeable stream of salt water. The path continues onward to the south, you continue searching this broad cavern. It opens even further where there are two tunnels both pointing in a northerly fashion.
As you move forward a bit, you catch sight of what seems to be a skeletal figure lying on the ground to the south at the edge of your vision. The figure is not moving.

I hold out a hand to the group as a gesture of caution. I my hand hovers over my weapons prepared to quick draw what is needed. "Careful. Not movin now but ye never know wit dead things. Fought a few on da ship. Wudn't serprise me if dere be some in here. Keep a sharp eye." I continue to approach the remains. Keeping an eye out for anything that moves. If I reach the bones, I take the time to smash the skull just to be safe.
Perception:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18 looking for signs of danger.

Upon moving closer to the bones, he is able to see an additional five skeletal remains of which two are in the water just a few feet from the shore.
Jorland smashes the skull closest to the group with the heal of his boot, destroying it into many pieces. Upon the destruction of the first skeleton the remaining skeletons rise.

Takeshi staggers under the raking claw from the skeleton, but then shifts into a more defensive posture as he lashes out with his fist. Let's see if my fists can do any better than by blade against these things.

I will then either five foot or move, either around my current foe if it is still standing, or to a new foe so as to set up a flanking opportunity for Liu. That'll be my move action for this round.
