Falling Darkness

World of Darkness Vampire V 20 starting as mortals and becoming vampires

Act I:

The Rodeo Bar and Grill of El Paso is a strange combination of a dive bar and a pretty good deal for a grill. Not far from the Mexican border but also not far from Ft. Bliss it has the feel of a run down place that should have peanuts on the floor and definately has more then its fair share of blood on the floor instead.
There is a mixture of clients here up until about 9pm at night who come in to buy the steak as big as your head and the Texas toast and mushrooms and onions on the side for eight dollars flat along with the five dollar pitcher of beer. This sells to the local community college crowd along with the military family crowd until after dark.
After dark the Mexican field hands come in some from the gangs across the border along with the single guys and a bunch of questionably moral women looking for company and it becomes a place that you should bring five buddies with you if you want to walk out of it again with your wallet along with your dignity intact. Its a fun time for those who can take care of themselves and somewhat of a place that you can find anyone you are looking for or anything for the right price.
"That's right Gringo, welcome to the Rodeo," the halter top and too short shorts waitress says wearing a bandellero of shot glasses and two holsters carrying cheap, worm-in mesquite. The bar tender is called "Tiny" and no one needs to ask when he is so damned fat and big and carries a billy club in a belt loop openly. He is pretty good with it too so it keeps down the fights til after midnight, at least around the bar.
