This is the closest I've come to a TPK in my entire life. Just hope it doesn't turn into the first ACTUAL one!
With an AC of 24, the odds of hitting Tyr aren't great for Kikonu, but with 14 HP, one or two hits is all it would take. Just so you know it's an option, Tyr, it would be possible for you to use a full-round withdraw and skirt around the wall, thereby avoiding an AoO, then get to Ulf and retrieve his CLW. What you do with it is up to you, of course, and I'm not trying to tell you what to do at all, just making sure you know the option is there.
Tyr*
At least this mage is armored up = AC 24 for a little while.
Calling on his bonded item and fighting defensively Tyr steps back to Q21 and magic missiles the enemy.
Magic Missile: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (4, 2) + 2 = 8
It is not over yet my worthy adversary.

If I may make an observation, Tyr, you might want to take a full move action and make sure you end up more than a five-foot step away from Kikonu. Q21 means he can just step and full attack, whereas being two squares away takes a full attack off the table.

Elk'lyn: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (7) + 0 = 7
Kusarigama;Bite: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 291d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 61d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 101d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 61d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 161d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Tyr steps back and casts a magic missile at Kikonu, damaging him. Elk'lyn continues to bleed out, while Gundar and Ulf are still stable.
Kikonu steps next to the wizard and unleashes his fury, and wounding him. "You think you will survive? I will defeat you all!"
Next?
Tactical Map Updated
Tyr UP
Tyr 21 (15/21, 14/18(mage armor)20 (cats grace),24 (shield))
Elk'lyn 13 (-1/30 (11con), 18) STABLE
Gundar 14 (-1/36 (17con), 18) STABLE
Ulf 24 (-5/(41)36 (14con), 18) STABLE
Foe 28 (HP/MAXHP, AC)
edit: Thank Ulf, missed that.

Thought of that. I could withdraw, but in his turn the enemy can double move up next to me again. Nothing gained the way I see it.

Out of tricks Tyr considers the creature, trying to identify any weaknesses in it. He then continues the archer dance, 5 foot stepping and shooting. He is not sure that he can pull this off, but had little choice at this point. Did the creature get 3 attacks at me?
Knowledge Arcana to know about the creature: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
Longbow: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 8 + 1 = 131d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
A 2 and a 4. Great.

Kusarigama;Bite: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 131d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 51d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 101d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 91d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 221d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Tyr steps back and tries to figure out what kind of creature, and also shoot his longbow at it. Trying to do both things flusters the wizard and he does not know what it is and his bow shot misses.
Kikonu steps up and attacks but all three miss the wizard.
@Tyr - Yup, two sword swings and a bite for melee. If ranged, two bow shots
@Tyr - Give me at least 5 rounds of "five foot step, longbow attack" and I will hopefully bring this to a conclusion one way or the other. I won't roll for you with a TPK riding on the rolls. Unless you choose to flee, ie. withdraw then run like hell, however you have seen him "teleport" away before, and you do not know if he has any more left, or at will, or out of spells, etc.

Check and check. Actually, five-footing is probably a better idea, anyway; if you were 10' away then Kikonu could charge and make hitting that much easier. It's probably better to take more attacks at lower odds than fewer attacks at higher odds.
Tyr*
Doing the Archer shuffle as best he can, Tyr 5' steps back and fires, praying to Desna for luck.
masterwork composite longbow shot 1: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 8 + 1 = 191d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 + 1 = 10
masterwork composite longbow shot 2: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 8 + 1 = 101d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 = 6
masterwork composite longbow shot 3: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 8 + 1 = 171d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 + 1 = 9
masterwork composite longbow shot 4: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 8 + 1 = 181d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 + 1 = 8
masterwork composite longbow shot 5: 1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 8 + 1 = 191d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 = 3
Still no roll above a 10 out of 7 rolls in a row. Sigh. What are the odds? At least some decent damage rolls.

I feel your pain there. I've had a character before, and am playing one now in another campaign, that was every bit as unlucky. On the plus side, since Kikonu's AC is 18, and he only has 12 HP left, he has to beat your 26 AC probably at least twice, barring another critical hit, to actually bring Tyr down. With that high an AC, your odds are pretty decent, I'd say. Fingers crossed!

So ends the story of four heroes who tried to help Ameiko reclaim her heritage.
I will make this campaign inactive tomorrow.
I will be starting a new PbP sometime next week, and all are invited to apply.
This is the first time ever that I have had a complete TPK, either in PbP or at my home table. Came close a couple of times, but never before.
Elk'lyn
What is wrong? What is this darkness? What happened? No, it cannot end like this… I had so much to do… Ameiko! I can’t leave her!
Down and bleeding, but not for long, the elf remains, until their enemy return to finish off the job. Glaring down at the elf, it says ”I said I would kill each of you.” and that’s the last thing the unconscious elf hear, before the sword comes down, piercing her skull, ending her life.
Wow, first TPK ever!
