Forward. Tyr urges in a quite voice.
Elk'lyn
Huff, he was cute back then, just some days ago, but now? I hate demanding persons! Make me want to splatter his well-cared hair with that dung over there, says Elk'lyn poiting careful to not step on it. says the Elf, giving a level stare in Tyr direction.
She moves forward, planning evil things that involve mostly, dung, hair and a grumpy wizard!

As you enter the inner courtyard you hear the squawking of what can only be the sound that the dire corbies could make. Cawing like crows. To your left a spider and a hideous purple creature walking upright like a man, but its face is that of a spider, and its hands are sickle-shaped claws. They see you and you can tell that they are in the mood to attack, as they run up next to Ekl'lyn.

Gravity Bow lasts for 20 rounds. I am going to assume it is still in effect. If it is not please adjust any damage.
Beset by arachnids Tyr steps back and after trying to identify the strange spider-man fires an arrow at the spider, hoping to catch it flat footed on it's 8 feat.

Ulf gives a whoop of victory as the corby practically disappears into a puff of blood and gore, raising his axe high to celebrate his regained honor. The combat has his blood pumping and he excitedly hops back and forth from one foot to the other while he waits for Elk'lyn to check the door out.
Gundar Ironbeard
Gundar surveys the dead corbies at his feet. Bah! I wish they WERE overgrown chickens! Then we COULD eat 'em! Gundar will keep an eye out while Tyr searches the bodies and then will follow Elk'Lyn to the door. He will also keep an eye out for anymore flying boulders from the upper windows.

Unless Elk'Lyn has already picked a door, my vote is for AB12
DM Papa.DRB
Tyr checks the two corpses in front of them for magic, but finds nothing, nor anything useful. Elk'lyn moves over to the door that the spider and the humanoid-spider came out of, and with the door opens he listens intently. Spending a moment in silence, he hears nothing coming from the building. Flanked by Gundar and Ulf, he opens the door and cautiously allows the warriors to go in first. The walls of this wooden stable are gray with age and sag ominously, yet the building seems relatively sound. An old forge sits to the south, while five empty horse stalls stand to the north.
Searching the area, you find nothing of help for your quest.

Nothing from Tyr's action?
After casting his spell Tyr moves over to join Elk'lyn.
Gundar Ironbeard
It does me ol' dwarf heart glad to see a forge! Gundar remarks as he sees the one in the stable. Finding nothing of note and fighting back the homesickness that had suddenly overcome him, Gundar will follow Elk'Lyn to the next door. Maybe that is all the overgrown chickens and bugs that are here! Gundar says hopefully.
It is then that he notices that Ulf is wounded from his battle with the Amazing Spider-man. Ulf, me friend, would ye like some healing for ye wounds?
Úlfheðinn Sigmundarson
Úlf looks at the wounds he sustained from the last fight and ponders the question before shaking his head. [b]"I am not so injured that I need healing. But I thank you for the offer. When Ulf needs your help, you will know."[b] he responds with a smile.

Elk'lyn Perception(listen): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
Elk'lyn, followed by Ulf, Gundar and Tyr move to the double door and checks it for traps. Finding none, he listens at the door and hears what he thinks are more dire corbies, squawking in the strange language that no one understands. He thinks that there are at least three of the creatures, maybe more.

Tyr will use a scroll of Shield right before the door is opened.
DM Papa.DRB
Tyr reads his scroll and a shimmering haze surrounds him as the shield spell protects him more. Elk'lyn opens the door and you see rotting, faded banners hang from the walls of this long hall, depicting a stylized castle sitting on a seaside cliff. Thick stone pillars support the ceiling, while at the far end of the hall sits an old wooden throne, its back carved to resemble the towers of a castle wrapped in the coils of a serpentine dragon. On the throne sits a man, a wild eyed Tian man with a bristly goatee, deep red skin, and a prodigious nose. There are four dire corbies flapping their wings and saying something in their language.
The man looks at you, and cackling while holding a strange weapon that looks like a sickle and chain, says "please come in and be seated. You can watch them act out my latest masterpiece play!"

Aye! We are not here to be entertained! We want answers and help for our friend and if you can't help us with either, then stop wastin' our time so we can find someone who can!
Gundar raises his warhammer. And if those overgrown chickens come near us, I'll clobber 'em!
Úlfheðinn Sigmundarson
Ulf growls low in his throat at the sight of the Tian man sitting in the throne. He steps into the room himself, taking up a position as close to Elk'lyn as he can and raising his axe with both hands. "If show is what you want, Ulf will give you one!"

The hostile act triggers Tyr's readied action.
I do not consider threats as an "offensive action". If they brought bows to play, cast a spell or charged, then I would allow the readied action, but not just words. Also how are you getting so much damage on an arrow?
Tyr*
Readied action was on anything offensive. When the Tian man yells "Attack them my friends" and they start moving towards me I consider that offensive. Are you saying you do not? Note I am not trying to get an extra attack. That was my readied action but it was triggered as initiative began, not before. Would have been simpler, and likely better for me to just attack again, but I had that readied action so took it. Seems the most strait forward thing in the world to me. I believe Tyr still has gravity bow up. You can see my damage roll. its 2d6+1. Rolled a 5 and 6.
