Pathfinder Database is gone?

There used to be a Pathfinder Webpage hosted by Paizo called Pathfinder Data Base where fans could publish their homebrew contributions, like new classes, prestige classes, equipment etc. Anybody know if it doesnt exist anymore and why? Couldnt find it on internet.

I didn't know it even existed! A place for fan contributions hosted by Paizo...that they just let go? That's saddening, it's as if they don't want fan content to be easily accessed (this forum doesn't count, it's too disorganized).

I say you should bring this to Website Feedback.

I think you mean this...

http://www.d20pfsrd.com

It isn't d20pfsrd.

It was another, unofficial database of house rules and fan-generated content.

I quite liked it.

I wonder what became of it?

It disappeared. Yeah its a bummer. I used a lot off of there and had several links from some of my games directed to feats and classes on there. It dropped like 4 months ago as far as I can tell.

It changed hands at one point, and I think that dude just bailed for whatever reason. I had a lot of homebrew I'd put up there, too.

The Exchange

I offered to take the site over at one point but never even got a response :(

So many good material lost. It is a pitty. Thanks for your answers guys.

Tried to get to it with Wayback Machine but it apparently had an anti-crawler protocol that prevented the site from getting a look at it =/

(Also amusing to note, at least for me "Way of the Wicked" shows up before "Wayback Machine" when you type "way" into Google search. Heh.)

I don't know if I can let this go.

I'm considering a replacement.

Will post back here if anything comes of it, be ready to re-submit whatever you had up there.

My groups tend not to use house rules or much homebrew, so we're gonna' be okay. *blows rasberry* :P

Google pays attention to what you search, so that would likely be why. :P

For sure. Thank you.

It was also a go-to reference for variant character sheets, like the Abellius one I'm so fond of using.

Sounds great. I really miss that site. There were some really great ideas there.

Hmm. I am interested in seeing what if anything you come up with, Mythic Evil Lincoln.

Dot for Interest.

The Fantasy Craft DB web site (same guy) has been a ghost ship for an eternity, so unfortunately this does not surprise me. The last I heard, other things were taking up his time.

What was the url ? Anybody try the wayback machine / internet archive ?
