Well, if no one else is acting, I'll have Zephra pull out the scroll of detect undead and read it.
Zephra pulls a rolled piece of parchment and recites a spell from it.

She hastily retrieved a bottle of holy water,unscrewing it and flicking its contents at the horrible thing. Water sprayed the air from her trembling limb.

Screwing her courage to the sticking place, Zephra runs up to the poltergeist and touches it with her Repose blessing.
Touch attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 (on a successful touch, the undead creature is staggered for 4 rounds)

The poltergeist shrieks as the holy power of the healing potion and the holy water strikes it and then moves sluggishly as Zephra touches it.
On its turn it attempts to attack Zephra, using its Telekinesis to throw a bit of wood at her.

With Evrasi's spell the poltergeist gives a shriek and dissipates.
Inside the room is the following:
A pair of healer's kits
3 vials of antitoxin
2 vials of antiplague
3 doses of bloodblock
3 doses of smelling salts
2 vials of soothe syrup
4 potions of cure light wounds.
You leave the room and come two a corridor with 2 doors on the left and one on the right. From all the doors you can hear nothing.

Ortensia,although scared,realized it was more than possible to take on the spectre.
Especially with the support of a cleric and a war priestess of the goddess of graves herself!
Again,she repeated her earloer actions of retrieving a bottle of holy water and pouring its contents onto the sluggish poltergeist.

"That creature threw things just like you do, Ortensia!" said Zephra playfully. "Don't worry, it can't hurt you any more."

Ortensia flushed in embarrassment behind her scarf,pointedly wiping at the bloody laceration on her arm. She took the time to wrap a strip of cloth around it to pritect it from the less than clean environment.
She helped gather the supplies and proceeded to continue onward cautiously,coming to the fork and choosing the room to the right.

"Oh, dear. You're hurt!" Evrasi takes one of the healing kits and a potion of CLW and begins to immediately treat Ortensia's wound.
Heal w/ Kit: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
Potion of CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
While she fumbled a little with the supplies in the kit, she offers a prayer on the half-orc's behalf and her holy symbol glows - as does the potion - and has Ortensia drink.

The first door to the right is a stairway that leads up to the upper level.
The second door leads to another stairway that appears to have collapsed. This flight of stairs once led down towards what must be a lower level, but its now filled with a mess of large stone blocks and shattered timbers.

Zephra looks dubiously down the blocked stairs. "If there were prisoners downstairs, this would have prevented them from fleeing a fire, wouldn't it?" She looks around. "What do you both think? Should we maybe look around the rest of this level before going elsewhere?"

...If I were a warden responsible for keeping violent degenerates away from the population of decent townsfolk, I suppose a deadfall would be a probable method to keep them from escaping.Perhaps we need to clear away the debris?
Ortensia tapped her temple thoughtfully as she paused to consider this.
Which probably made it impossible to flee the fire or contain it.

Hm. Mayhap we leave that for last. We are on a schedule...Once we deal with the most pressing matters,we might return and put in the effort and time to clear it away.
Mayhap if they settled all the undead, they could bring back laborers more suited to such menial tasks, she considered.
...That scorched hole the disembodied skulls rose from. Perhaps there will be the more dangerous elements we have to contend with. We should leave that for another day. Meanwhile, we matk it as a place of interest and caution. Let us continue our investigation.
Ortensia turned back down the corridor towards the other two unsearched rooms.

Moving on the door to this room has fallen from its hinges. The rectangular chamber beyond seems to have once been a chapel, but now thick sheets of what appear to be cobwebs drape everything within its gossamer threads. 3 spiders scurry out as your approach.

Zephra draws her dagger as she rushes to the nearest spider, shouting “Eeek! It’s a spider!”

Ortensia recoiled at the sight of the oversized vermin. She did not want to have one of those things scuttling over her person.

Ortensia's missile flies through the air, striking the spider which shrieks in pain.
The Spiders then come on and attack.

On Zephra (1d20) + 0 = 1. This spider injures itself while attacking and does itself some damage.

Zephra winces as one of the spiders bites a tender spot.

Swinging her ceremonial-looking daggers around her head, she aims them instead at the spider who didn't hit her, attempting to sink one of them into the arachnid's hairy flesh.

Zephra steps sideways to flank the spider with Evrasi. Her eyes slightly unfocus as she draws upon her fervor for her goddess (1 point of fervor to cast divine favor as a swift action, and this doesn't provoke an attack of opportunity). Then she stabs at the troublesome spider between her and Evrasi.

Zephra spins and attacks the other spider, taking a five-foot step to allow her to flank with Evrasi again.

Zephra manages to finish off the last spider.
Ortensia manages to shake off the effects of the poison.
Inside the spider's room there is a cabinet which contains:

Wand of cure light wounds (15 charges)
There is a further door opposite and a door to the north.

Zephra takes the scroll and looks at the others. "Oh! This is a scroll of lesser restoration. Do mind if we use it on me? Those spiders got me good!"
Assuming no one objects, I'll roll for the Strength damage healed: lesser restoration: 1d4 ⇒ 3 Str damage healed.

Ortensia carefully rummaged through the contents of the Warden's office,mindful of the dust.
She didn't bother with the safe. It may hold valuables in both monetary and information wise but she had neither the tools or the skill to force it open. Perhaps she may be able to find its key...

Moving on round you find a washroom, presumably used the guards. There is nohing of interest in here.
The next room is fairly stark, containing a low stone bench against the north wall and a ruined desk to the west that sits under 3 narrow, barred windows. An old brass brazier lies on its side to the south, surrounded by several rusty branding irons.
You all notice the scent of burning flesh which appears to be getting stronger:
