If an ability-score-dependent feature of a class, prestige class, or archetype is altered at any time, you can rebuild your character to its current XP.
Keep the same equipment, but you can resell any equipment that augments the altered ability score at its full market price.
For the Lore Warden "Scholastic" changed from
Scholastic (EX): Lore wardens gain 2 additional skill ranks each level. These ranks must be spent on Intelligence-based skills. All Intelligence-based skills are class skills for lore wardens.
to
Scholastic (EX): Lore wardens gain 2 additional skill ranks each level. These ranks must be spent on Intelligence-based skills. All Craft and Knowledge skills are class skills for lore wardens, as are Linguistics and Spellcraft
This seems like an "ability-score-dependent feature of an archetype" to me, although since it's not a precisely defined term I'm not 100% sure.
Any thoughts?

As of yet I'd say "no," but lore wardens are a very likely subject for greater rebuild dispensation prior to the PRD update with Adventurer's Guide material. I recommend directing any concerns or suggestions on that front to the Handling Adventurer's Guide Updates.

As of Guide 9.0, there's still no wording that would grant errata'd PCs anything but a full rebuild. As it stands, Paizo could change literally everything about a Wizard, including giving it only one slot per spell level, and no rebuilds would be allowed unless the spells were changed to be based on Cha.
Also, the AR update still says the PC can rebuild as shown by the Guide... was a rebuild actually intended, or was it a subtle way of saying "the rules say no rebuilds for you"?
