Where's my download now?

I have made my order and I've regularly paid it, but now your link is giving me a "404 Not Found" message. Frankly I don't think this is acceptable for a company who sends digital goods...

I want my download to be made available since I paid for it.

I will add that the "Problems downloading this file? Click here" is completely useless as it leads to the same "404 Not Found" error page.

Now I am seriously getting *angry* about this...

First, remain calm. The 404 is a recent problem that popped up this morning. There is a thread over in the Website Feedback subforum, here, where the Technology Manager is responding to a similar problem. Perhaps you could describe in more detail over there what happened and they might be able to give suggestions or troubleshoot the problem.

It is the weekend so I would not expect an official reply to this thread until Monday morning, but you can be assured that software people will be looking into the issue as soon as they can.

The "Problems downloading this file? Click here" is really to jump start the download process if it does not start downloading automatically and consequently goes to the same place as the automatic download, thus why it gave you the same 404.
