I just read these on the GenCon event list as I was picking scenarios to play at GenCon this year.
Short Description: A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for level 1-11 playing in normal mode. Each participant will receive a limited edition repaint miniature.
Cost: $10.00
First, the ticket price for the two specials has gone up from $6.00 to $10.00 (note this is only true for the specials. Other PFS scenarios that I have seen are $6.00).
Second, you get a limited edition repaint miniature.
OK, I understand the price increase with since the tickets include the miniatures. My question is, are these different miniatures each night?

Yes. The current plan is to give a different, alternate painted miniatures during each of the multi-table specials.

Nefreet, I'm pretty sure we will. Like Jack said, we got them last year, though that was a slightly different situation, they handed out a repaint for the big bad for the special, though it was to celebrate Paizo winning a whole bunch of Ennies. But, I doubt they would hand out minis and skip the GM's.
Kalindlara, it seems extremely likely that they will put the minis up on the website after Gencon, they did so with the Slaver Demon that was handed out at Gencon last year. It may take them a few months to get the time to be able to get it done though.
