Okay, there is this FAQ
Does Pummeling Style work with all weapons?
No, Pummeling Style is intended to work with only unarmed strikes. Add the line. “You can only use Pummeling Style with unarmed strikes”. This will be reflected in future errata.
and
Feral Combat states the following:
Benefit: Choose one of your natural weapons. While using the selected natural weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite, as well as effects that augment an unarmed strike.
Special: If you are a monk, you can use the selected natural weapon with your flurry of blows class feature.
I already know that some will say yes, feral combat training would allow natural attacks to be used with Pummeling Style and some will say no. I am just hoping others will push the FAQ to button up this last issue regarding Pummeling Style.

Yes, you can use a natural attack modified by Feral Combat Training in Pummeling Style. Per the feral combat training FAQ, it's made clear that anything that enhances unarmed strikes also enhances the natural attack with FCT. Pummeling Style enhances unarmed strikes.
That said, I hit the faq here to try to avoid confusion.
