Problems w / Order # 3090321

I ordered a gift certificate and it did not show up on My Gift
Certificate Page so I could redeem it. This is not the first time I had this problem...I had a couple of weeks ago. Generally I use this option to pay for my subscription...so can I get some help here?

I manually granted the store credit and made sure its on the tech team's agenda to fix. If you have any other gift certificate orders that did not get properly redeemed, let me know.

There is a reply to this, but apparently Sara Marie will not have made it until the 30th of April, so the board software seems to have decided not to show it yet.

In case that post doesn't get fixed easily, I can see in the mouseover on "recent threads" that she's put the gift certificate value into your store credit balance ;)

In the meantime, I heard someone's currently hassling Paizo to get their TARDIS back.
