So, something that I do with my spare time: I create a world. It uses the Pathfinder base rules, but it takes place somewhere other than Golarion. It has its own gods, its own races besides the standard, and its own stories. Welcome to the Dreadlands.
Gods (Note: A lot of these are older characters from other stories I've created. Only Honorius, Benefin, Libra, Locke, Tyranus, Malignan, Grangorrithax and the Memory of Frost are completely original)
Important character stat blocks
Campaign-specific planar details
Adventure Path: The World-Breaker's Herald
Please note that this is far from complete, and any suggestions are greatly welcome.

Ok so I looked at your map, setting and classes.
The map looked pretty good but some kind of scale would be good.
setting was pretty bare bones, more description of the locations you have would be good, along with some general setting stuff. How does magic work in this setting? Is magic common? Are high level characters common? Will most people rise only to maybe lvl 2 commoner, or would a human have a good chance of making it to level 3-4 before they die?
I briefly skimmed over your races, but one thing I prefer is that a setting should be limited to a reasonable (<10 sentient races) number of playable races unless you have a good reason. For example in my own homebrew, the continent that I have somewhat fleshed out is native for humans, dwarves, elves, halflings, shifters, orcs and gnolls (along with half-breeds), and gnomes while in the setting mostly live on another landmass to the east. This allows you to better flesh out how each race fits into your setting. So in mine gnolls are a race of pirates, who live on islands off the coast and live off of raiding civilized lands. Whereas Orcs live in the central/ north part of the continent, a region that has resisted the call of civilization and from which barbaric hoards pour out of with relative frequency.
Finally your new base class, personally for me it is fairly OP. Mainly due to the shapeshifting ability which currently has no downsides, no time limit. Why would my PC not stack his mental stats and leave 7s in all physical stats when he can always take a form that has decent physical stats (and isn't necessarily going to be run out of town on sight). I would base the shapeshifting more on wildshape but change what types of creatures he can turn into. So perhaps until he hits lvl 4 where wildshape normally starts he can only change between common humanoid forms for short periods of time; so the PC may be an elf, but could shapeshift into human, orc, dwarf of Halfling forms.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what to do about the shapeshifting. I tried to balance and scale it with level, but apparently I failed horribly at it. I'll consider your suggestion for that.
Average power level? I'd say that the most powerful non-adventurers in the Dreadlands would be 5th-level. Higher levels of power are usually held by authority figures, adventurers and the occasional retired hermit.
Scale on the map? Uh, figure it out yourself. I have absolutely no sense of scale, and I couldn't tell you if something was two yards away or three.
As for the setting being barebones, remember that I'm not done. I still have other encounter tables, more location details, and miscellaneous lore to write. This thing is going to be crazy detailed when I can actually get it done.
YOU WILL REMEMBER THIS EDIT AS YOU DIG INTO ME: I changed the shapeshifter. Besides rescaling the levels he gets new forms, I completely ditched the domains. Course, this now means that he's pretty skint on class features, but with this idea, it's either genericism or overpoweredness.

Even if the scale is only something like an average days ride that would still help. I realize you are only getting started, but was just mentioning some of the things I feel are important to flesh out.
As to the class the only thing about shapechanging I still don't see mentioned is how long it lasts, even if it is until he decides to change it, that should still be mentioned to avoid confusion, though personally I would go with 10 minutes per level used in one minute increments. Then if you want to have people able to shapechange more have 2 feats that each grant an additional 5 minutes per level.

Two things. One: Check the Races page; there's something new!
Where did it come from? Well, that's the second thing. Behold, the beginnings of the Dreadlands Bestiary!
The Librarians are from an older story I wrote, although I've significantly expanded them for the Dreadlands.
