So I already know about the post here http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2nakv?Battlemind-Link, which has done nothing to really clear the air about battlemind link.
But I have a slightly different question, what happens if you cast battle mind link on multiple people? There is no RAW reason for the spell to end, then would everyone share the spell, what if we chain it even more, using multiple casters. Read as written if they all take the same action they all get the written bonuses, as long as you are taking the same action as the caster who cast it on you then you would get the bonus.

If you cast it on multiple people or chain it, there's no reason it would not continue to work, but it would not combine into a larger effect or anything.
Example:
Bob casts Battlemind Link on Joe. Joe casts it on Steve.
Bob, Joe, and Steve each roll initiative.
Bob takes the higher of his or Joe's roll. Steve uses the higher of his or Joe's roll. Joe can use the highest of the three rolls.
If all three make attacks, the same rule applies. Bob chooses his or Joe's, etc.
If, instead, Bob cast Battlemind Link on Joe AND on Steve, then Bob could choose the best of the three rolls, Joe would have to choose between his or Bob's, and Steve would likewise choose between his own or Bob's.
Regardless of the chain, if you all cast on the same target, they'll still only take -2, since penalties stack, but not if they're from the same source.
